Hair is horrible and smells terribly. The bundles are not full. I was in total disbelief when I took this nasty hair out the packaging. Total disappointment considering I paid hundreds of dollars for this hair. Never again! They just sale you anything just to rob you of your money.

Purchase hair from them today and decided to get my hair done last minute. Jessica was the stylist and did a awesome job. Thanks again for the wonderful job you did on my hair for my Birthday! Definitely will be returning!!

I came here a little while ago just as a walk in to get a Pronto done there hair skills are awesome. I still think the workers could be a little more outgoing and friendly wasnt there too long maybe 2 hours the lady with the booth closest to the door did my hair. She was awesome even though they need update on their chairs they have their I still will recommend this place with no problems over and over

I normally publicly dont participate in reviews, but I feel that based on my experience with this company that I should. I ordered my hair a week ago and i have been in contact with the owner several times to inquire about the status of my hair. I was told that i should have received it before Friday...well Friday has come and gone. On Friday, when I did not receive it, I reached out to inquire about a tracking number. Needless to say, my message was ignored. On Saturday, i called the number on the website, I spoke to a lady and told her the reason for my call. I was asked to provide my address and I would be contacted with an update. Well once again, my request was ignored. Later that day, I reached out again to the owner, and I was informed that my hair had been shipped and I would receive it on Monday. The owner also made a point to tell me that she was made aware that I had called. Well today is Monday, the mail has ran, and still NO HAIR! So of course I send the owner a message expressing my dissatisfaction, and I was asked to give her call. How about this, it was the same number I called on Saturday. Well, I was told that my hair definitely had been sent and shes unsure why I hadnt received it. She told me that she has a business account with the postal service and she was on her way into the post office to find out the status of the order. She told me that she would call me back...2 hours later I still have not received a phone call. Needless to say, it only takes 2-3 days for me to receive mail from Cleveland, Ohio. I have family in Cleveland and they are forever sending items to my family! I guess moving forward before I ever place an online order, I will view others experiences. Had I read the previous reviews, I would have not ordered from this company.UPDATE: Today is Tuesday and I still have not received my hair. She has not provided me with a tracking number, which is suspicious!!! DONT ORDER FROM HER!Wednesday: STILL NO HAIR!

I purchased a human hair wig that was requested to be custom made. At first I was not advised on the timeframes to receive the wig, but it took over a week. When I received the wig it was given to me in a plastic bag and it was wet and not styled. I tried it on and it was too big. I had to wait another week to see if it could be fitted to my head. I went to the shop and the girl tried to fix it by adding straps and combs, but it was still too big. I expressed my concerns and was not offered a new wig, a partial refund or anything. The communication throughout this process was very poor and unprofessional. So now I have a wig that cost me over $300 that doesnt fit right and is bulky in the back of my head.I will not recommend using these services. The owner and the daughter didnt even braid my hair right. My braids under the wig look like a teenager learning how to braid. While I was there the music was blasting like we were in the club. Very unprofessional place and people.

I purchased hair for my daughter. I bought two bundles, but it was actually 1.5. We waited until after midnight for her to drop it off, only to be played. Mind you I called at 8:30 am. She promised on several occassions to give us another half, but has never kept her promise. We have bought hair from them at least 5 times, but they did not value our business.

They do really good hair and the place is nice but the employees are rude, they ignored me when I told them that my daughter had to do her hair, and half the time they would leave to do go eat or work on someone elses hair, I was just sitting there for like 25 minutes until finally someone came to work on my hair. We spent more time than we had to there, it was just really frustrating.

Made an appt last minute. Loved my hair and I was only there for a couple of hours. Will come back!

Horrible service I will not recommend this shop to anyone!! I was going out of town and needed a wig, I called the number from the website and when I called Milani said that she was in Atlanta & just so happened that’s where I was going. So I said that I can get my hair done when I get down there she then gave me her Instagram and I went on there to look and I seen a reality star daughter on there and Her hair was cute I’ve then told her that she did a nice job and she never once said that she didn’t do her hair. She lead me on to believe that she did hair but she really didn’t. Once I arrived in Atlanta my appointment was supposed to be the next day but she canceled because she said that the truck was late & im thinking you only need a needle & some thread & you can get that from the hair store. That was the third red flag but I had already cash app her half of the money. Then when I finally got to her it was at her friends house & she told me that she was going to do it at her shop. Once I got there she had me waiting saying she had to do some final touches on the wig which was nothing. She then braided my hair which was horrible wasn’t neat at all, then that’s when she told me that she really didn’t do hair and that she didn’t do the girl hair that was seen on her page. She then lied and said that her wrist was hurting & was it ok for her friend to curl my hair. I then showed her friend a picture of how I wanted it after she was done it was nothing like I wanted. The texture of the hair was to soft the curls fell right out & I took the wig off in less than a week. Milani is a scammer and I was a fool for paying her. DO NOT TRUST HER!!

Terrible terrible!!!! Danita cannot do hair and they were rude. Her and friends were talking abortions in the shop. Danita rushed on my hair and it came out exactly one week later and would not fix my hair as she should.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! The Hair Is Good, But She Is VERY VERY Unprofessional. I Preordered My Hair Tues For Pick Up For Thursday Because that’s when she Told me They a Would Have My Desired Length And Texture..Thursday Came Around And Excuses, Told Her I’ll come Friday, I texted Her At Noon She Said She Will let Me Know when She Will Be At the Shop, 4 oclock Came, No Text i told her I will Abe By The Shop At 5 To Get My Hair Because My Apt Was At 530, When said She a Wouldnt Be There Till after 6 and That she will Have someone Drop It Off To Me.. Long Story Short 10pm Came She Dropped Off The Hair That was NOT MY order And sAid They Didnt Have What i Ordered anymore And Tried To Give Me 2 Bundles That Were Different Textures And One Of Them Was Less Than Half A Bundle And Was Cut....Now Mind You My Graduation was At 930 That Next Morning. Then she said she was Going To The Shop To See If It was Anymore Of My OrderedLength There, Which She Lied and Never Went, And Told Me There Wasn’t And Came Back With 2 The Half Cut 12 Inch Bundle, A Good 16Inch bundle, And 22inch!!!!! Not Only Did She Inconvenienced Myself But The Lady doing My Sew In And Her Other Client Who a Was Getting Box Braids!! I didnt Get Home Till 5am To My Newborn Baby, And Got No Sleep At all And Couldn’t Even Enjoy My Graduation Because i was Extrememly Tired !!
