Customer service where??? Not at this place of business!! All these people want is your money...I will never come here again and yall shouldnt go either....staff is rude disrespectful and only knowledgeable of how much something cost.. these people dont even look you in the eye when they talk to you SMH... there is a black owned hair store in Cleveland heights cedar/lee area where the old pizza hut was if you are familiar with the area... there is also another black owned hair store in the Richmond area but Im not too sure of the address. PLEASE STOP SHOPPING HERE AND GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF OUR COMMUNITIES

They do not let you try on wigs. If you purchase one, all sales are final. As much business as we give to this store, they should at least offer store credit or exchanges. Poor customer service.

They were much nicer today than theyve been in the 25 yrs Ive shopped there. Noone looked at me like I was going to steal something, they spoke and were basically very pleasant.

Cool place, you get in..get out. Decent selection of wigs. All styles and colors. Expensive for some..not worth the price.

The customer service in this store is very poor. They’re not pleasant or polite. They constantly stalk and stare at you as if you’re going to steal their merchandise which is very rude and offensive.Not to mention the last time that I was in this store I was pregnant and it was pouring raining, I had purchased over $100 worth of their products, and I really needed to use their bathroom.I offered to leave my bags, purse, coat, shoes etc and they wouldn’t permit me to use their rest room.I was told that I should go across the street to CVS in the pouring rain.I was treated terribly with no empathy and I would never patronize this store again. They want their consumers which are predominantly women of color to quickly buy whatever you want and leave their store immediately .

Nice variety of products, styles, & colors of hair & beauty items. Wig salesperson was helpful but not the friendliest person. Very short in answering & a little rough around the edges in tone. Will go back another day & time, maybe another salesperson will be more pleasant & inviting.

The hair is high quality and the store is immaculate. The flat irons and other products are very cheaply made, and when I tried to return them, I was told they dont do refunds on those items. The ladys who own it will follow you if they feel youve been in there too long. If it wasnt for me being made to feel like a criminal for being indecisive or exploring my options, and not being able to use the products or return them when they didnt work I would have given them 5 stars.

The store always has what Im looking for but its huge and fairly unorganized. There arent any signs to help you find what youre looking for. But once you become familiar with the layout it becomes easier to grab what you need quickly.

The hair product choices are plentiful but they are too shopper paranoid for me. They can be quite rude when asking a question too! Never understood how you set up shop in a predominantly African American community, but become easily bothered with their consumer based presence. I do understand that people steal, but not thats not everyones shopping agenda.
