I have mushroom allergies and asked about a particular dish. It became apparent ..... that education about fungi or fungus is necessary!!!!! Mushrooms are a fungus or fungi. Unfortunately I bit into a dish containing mushrooms. I later experienced a VERY bad reaction.

Nice store if you know what you’re looking for. If you’re like me and running in for someone else and have no clue what you’re doing, go elsewhere because they aren’t going to actually help you. Even when you politely say “I don’t know what I’m doing or where to find what I need, can you help me?” they’re just going to point in the general direction and not help you.

Place is nice and clean and workers were knowledgeable.

Be careful. I think the rules for shopping here change based on who you are. I have shopped in here and the store that is in east cleveland for probably 20 years easily. That changed yesterday. I promise, I will never give this store another penny of my money.I accidentally purchased 3 bags of the wrong hair. I attempted to exchange two of these bags. (I opened the 3rd one and didnt think it was fair to try and return it.) The day I purchased this hair, I witnessed another lady return items. I only wanted to exchange. The owner looked me in my face yesterday and told me exchanges and refunds were not allowed. I didnt fight or argue with her. I simply took my wrong hair and left and went down to Longwood 2 traffic lights down the road and made my new purchase.Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere. They dont appreciate their long time customers.

The store is clean and products are easy to locate. On this visit, I required assistance and received it in a timely manner. All present adhered to the mandated guidelines for Covid19. The prices are very reasonable.

I always find what Im looking for and they have great Customer service. They dont treat you like second class Citizens or thieves.

Careful with your purchase they round up. If they do this with every purchase theyre pulling in a few illegal dollars.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I went in to buy braiding hair an I beeped coming in an the employing seen me beep. I buy hair go straight to check out the owner rang me up. I walk out the door I beep leaving he tells me to come back. As I walk back he checked the hair bag.then tell me to so my purse it went off. I am a CCW carrier an that set off the detector.He then grabs my purse an put his nasty hands all threw it grabbing items that’s not his. An said ima let u go this time an the employee was laughn an she knew I came in beeping. I didn’t steal an he didn’t find NOTHING. But i SPENT money here. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE IT IS RACIEST TO THE FULLEST. HE DOES NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE AN ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING. I wish I can give no stars an I will report to the BBB AS WELL

This store has a look for suff for all hair types

I called early in the day around 2pm and asked about closing time. the lady proceeded to say that they close at 7:30 !! when i arrived around 7:05 i was highly upset to see that the store was closed and lights were off, as if they had been closed ... this is very unprofessional and i don’t appreciate the hours not being legit . i was in need of products and will NOT be shopping with them ever again ! i recommend you guys do the same !

Nice variety of things to choose from.. However my experience was not a great one. 1st time shopper... And had picked out some merchandise proceeded to check out and the owner im assuming noticed that I had 2 items priced incorrectly and he wouldnt honor the price that was on package insisted that i pay the correct price as if it was my fault his employees messed up and priced it all wrong. Needless to say I did leave without purchasing any of my items. Poor customer service!! Also, F.Y.I. everyone that shops your store is not a thief no need to follow us around as if we all are!!

The staff here is very unpleasant and they watch you as soon as you come in the store like you are going to steal something. I thought to put my items back but this was a one time purchase they will not get my business anymore. I would not recommend anyone to go here!

Manager is very rude. She told me to leave the store and wouldnt let the employees help me. She rushed me out of the store. Spend your money where you are appreciated. As an african american I can attest to the fact that people who own beauty supply stores dont always care about us. They just want our money. That is the overall vibe of this store. Go where you will be appreciated.

PLEASE do not give any more money to this store! The manager follows me and other members of my family around every time we go there as if we’re trying to steal something. I also just witnessed the manager blatantly refuse to help a woman find a product after giving the woman the wrong product and trying to rush her out of the store. After I, as a customer, helped the woman find what she was looking for, the manager told her she was being “too picky “. The employees here are rude, racist, and I urge everyone not to go there.
