Many items did not have marked prices.Sales people were not knowledgeable about the items in the store. Many Items that were priced were Well OVERPRICED.I will NOT be going back.

Great hair

The owner is very rude. I called to inquire about a service that they didn’t offer and he was very abrasive in his response to me despite me being polite and professional. The store also has very limited supplies. You are better off going to the beauty supply on West 130th & Bellaire if you must shop on this side of town.

I dont like when I get watched like a hawk when shopping in a store, so I was so grateful that I was able to shop in peace. Store was fully stocked, nice and clean. The owner was helpful when I had questions. Pleasant experience.

I am so glad that this store is at this Plaza because I can get things that I need because of my ethnicity that it is in abundance and they have it in plentiful and is best suitable for me and its just down the street where as I dont have to go across town to purchase things and they are so reasonable and pleasurable to approach and very helpful when you need it. Cute little shop for beauty and hair product. It was clean and organize and the cashier answer every question. I found it strange dealing with a male about women hair but he was very pleasant and helpful. I love my new little shop.

My sister and I came into the store looking to purchase some new fun wigs and were excited to see what they had to offer. As soon as we asked for some assistance the owner started talking to us like we were a nuisance. He said, This isnt a place for playing, and I will charge you for the cap if you dont purchase anything. WOW, how welcoming was that. Firstly, we had intentions on buying, we werent coming in there just to waste time. And secondly, we had no plans on playing in his store being as we are 25 and 21. We went ahead and continued to shop despite being belittled and unwelcomed. We asked for some assistance and he literally said, These arent for white people!............ I couldnt believe what i just heard. (We are Brazilian) Brazilian hair consumes the walls in this place. The ignorance was appalling. Regardless of the fact, anyone from any background or color should feel they can express themselves in any way and wear wigs if thats what makes them feel good! And last time i checked all money is green. He lost two customers today and potentially more than that. Never will i return to WOW beauty. Terrible experience.

I went in looking for a blonde wig. I want my blonde back but did not want to damage it with bleach. I found one I liked and asked the man at the counter to try it on. He gave me a dirty look and sad very rudely you are not going to buy a wig. You have long hair. And refused to let me try one on. I tried to explain myself but it turned into him yelling at me. So I was refused service due to the fact that I was white and had Long hair. Never imagined that I would be treated so horribly. This man is a racist and couldnt believe I was being treated that way as a customer. You would think that he would want me to buy! Would advise others not to come here.
