Both the phone numbers on the website and on actual store front don’t answer. The guy saw me through the window and just ignore me for 10 minutes until I walked away. Terrible service

Extremely helpful! I left my bike lock at home and didnt know where to find one downtown, so I stopped in here to ask if they sold them or knew someplace where I could get one nearby. They didnt, but the fellow working the desk provided me with a length of chain wrapped in an old inner tube free of charge, and I was able to get a simple padlock elsewhere. Saved my day!

A great facility if one needs to securely park a bike indoors. The facility includes indoor bike racks, showers, lockers, and a doorman that can take care of your bike when youre visiting the downtown area, or if youre at work. The price is very affordable for the service. The location is small though with 3 shower rooms, so during peak hours one might have to wait 10 minutes for an open shower.

I frequent the bike rack multiple times a week more or less year round. I think they offer an amazing service and gladly pay my $30 a month membership fee. That said, there are some issues. None of the IR lamps work, which really sucks after a 30 minute bike commute in Cleveland winter. Also, there are always issues with the various facilities - one toilet was out for over a month during peak season. While cleanliness has been improving it too still isnt at a point where it doesnt take some getting used to.

Other than being told I didn’t know what size tire I had on my bike and having to return it’s a convenient spot. It would be great if they would update their hours on google maps though since I walked all the way here to change out the tube. A little inconsiderate of their customers.
