Their service sucks at make three phone calls looking for winter storage nobody ever calls me back
My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a Beneteau 423 from Robert Morley president of Riverfront Yachts recently. It was a stressful time during Covid and a significant investment for us, yet in Robert’s care it became a special vacation. During our trip from Toronto he went out of his way to meet our every need and request (there were many) and was a most courteous and helpful host. He made arrangements for us to live aboard, organised a lovely waterfront slip for the sea trial, survey and our own pleasure sail. Robert proved to be the most knowledgeable individual of all things sailing I have ever met. There is no system or issue he cannot diagnose and correct, often personally. He is patient and answers every question fully and takes prides in his customer service. He has a passion for sailing, boats, his business and customers. We met several of his customers, many whom have bought several boats from him. My only wish is my home port was Cleveland so Robert and the team at Riverfront could take care of our future boating needs. My wife and I give him and Riverfront Yacht Sales our strongest recommendation.

If you want to work with an owner who tells you the last guy really screwed up your yatch then will not standing behind his word this is the place to go. You will be especially pleased if you enjoy having your boat worked on by mechanics that are usually drunk. A very expensive lesson to learn.
RUN away, this business is a horror story. If I could rate a MINUS 5, I would. They double charge buyer u0026 seller, and the owner while normally quite nice seems to have a line that when crossed seems (in my opinion) to approach madness. A scary guy. Do business elsewhere for your own good.
Bought a boat here and this place was very dishonest and still owes me money. I was told the boat was brand new and it was a demo with some damage. Wrong parts were installed and electronics installed wrong. I tried unsuccessfully to get resolution to the many issues and want to warn anyone against doing business with them. Very, very dishonest. I also was supposed to have an extended yamaha warranty but apparently Ron does not pay his bills and yamaha revoked the warranty even though I had paid Riverfront for it. Do NOT do business here.
