Super cool experience. We met the elderly cat who clearly runs the bookstore. Excellent chat with the cats assistant (store owner) who gave recommendations for books in her store and places to see and eat. Ask her what she recommends...books, local sights, eats, etc. Fabulous resource.

Always the best customer service in town! Lots of books as well as gifts for children and adults. I love it!

Visited here as a kid and it was just as lovely an experience as I remember. Original owner, bookstore cat, curated selection - bibliophile trifecta. Chain stores have their pros, but my goodness, you cannot get service like this at one of those. Looking forward to my next visit when Im back in the Magnolia State.
