I dropped a 26 foot box truck at Cleveland Spring, convinced Inhad to put new springs on the truck. After getting checked out it just needed spacers. Honest and fair. Earned my repeat business.

I would not recommend going here for service, or at least basic services, such as oil changes, etc. The guy at the service desk did not have a quote for an oil change and also told us he wont know until he checks the car. After an hour or so we call and Viola!. Its done. While disputing the cost more guys seemed to magically appear during our way out. The cost came up to $100, just for an oil change with parts only cost $35. So, with labor and tax about $60 additional. Not a great experience at all. Not going back!

I wanted to come in for an oil change, when I called the guy said that he couldn’t quote me on a price for my van because the technician needs it see it.I brought the van in, handed the guy the key and asked for the price again. Still no answer. I didn’t think anything of this right away, so I left.After 45mins I called, I was told they needed another 30mins. I asked if they were repairing anything, and he said no.Then still after no call, I called again. It’s ready,I go to pick up my van and it’s not pulled out, I walk in and the price was for $100. For literally only an oil change, they don’t top off any fluids or anything else that comes with an oil change. And told me I should have gone to Monroe’s Auto instead.$100 for just oil change, and an attitude from 5 guys at the desk.And to top it off, my oil light is still on with no reminder sticker. And under the hood has an oil spill.This is a place who won’t tell you any information about price and will harbor your vehicle until you pay.
