I had the best experience here, even though I had went shopping elsewhere beforehand. I said Yes to the dress on Monday and will definitely recommend shopping here to anyone!! Caroline was my stylist and she was amazing. She paid attention to what I liked and even got me out of my comfort zone (which ultimately was what I picked!) as well as answered any questions, made recommendations/solutions and listened to my concerns. The staff was great and helpful, they have a great selection and the best thing was that they were not pushy/begging me to buy that day in any way. I’ve had that experience at other places and it was very stressful. The process was not a hassle and I appreciated that they made it all so special!

I loved my experience at Ever After Bridal! I went to quite a few places to find a wedding dress and dreaded the sales experience that many of them give you. Maycee was fantastic and the opposite of everything Id experienced at other places. She was very laid back and completely understood what I was looking for. I also found the perfect dress!

Emmy & Lexi helped guide me in picking out my tux for my wedding with professionalism and thoroughness. From color scheme of the tux to the small attention to details like the pocket square, along with great communication and customer service In person and over the phone, they were able to make this aspect of wedding preparation very smooth and amicable. I was able to purchase and pick out everything in just two trips and a phone call, and for a price well within budget I am excited, comfortable and wedding ready with a sharp looking outfit! I made an appointment with Ever After Bridal in Cleveland to try and find a wedding dress. I was helped by a super sweet and wonderful woman named Karley. I unloaded all of my ideas, thoughts, concerns, likes, and dislikes on Karley. And she literally absorbed every detail I threw at her. She brought me six dresses to try on total. Every dress had details I mentioned that I wanted! I believe it was the fifth dress I tried on when I knew I had fallen in love and said yes to the dress! I was never pressured to make a decision or say yes to something I did not like. I definitely recommend any bride looking for a dress to come to Ever After! If I could give this bridal store 6 stars, I would. I went to the Ever After Bridal in Downtown Chattanooga for my first bridal appointment after engagement, and it was by far the best experience I had out of the 10 stores I went to. The staff is very attentive, patient, and talented. Even though I did not ultimately purchase my dress from them because their selection didnt have exactly what I wanted, I ended up coming back to them for my veil and alterations. I highly recommend this bridal store for all Southern brides--whether or not you know exactly what youre looking for in a gown. Keep at it, Ever After Bridal!

I bought my wedding dress here last year and have been in several times since for fittings, bridesmaids, etc. The staff is always friendly and the space is always clean and beautiful. I got alterations done with Summer who the shop recommended and was also wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. The selection of wedding dresses was perfect and my bridesmaids love their dresses as well. Im very happy with my experience and cant wait to wear my dress on the big day!

Yes, they have beautiful dresses and they were friendly but make sure you know the ins and outs. If you change your mind you have to pay a restocking fee for the dress which is understandable but you cant get a; refund for the rest of YOUR MONEY. And this was not disclosed at the time of purchase but is on the receipt in small print. Good business practices is to make your purchaser aware of ALL policies upfront. Thats just doing good and proper business to me.

Ever after bridal is the ONLY place to go! I had an appointment with David’s bridal first and let me tell you it was horrible in comparison. Delaney helped me find my absolutely perfect dress!! I was weary of purchasing without my mom seeing and Delaney was so wonderfully patient in waiting for my mom for over an hour! I felt terrible making her stay so long but she assured me the whole way through and was incredibly kind! I also have never really had girly friends and have never really been girly myself but Delaney gave me the perfect girly entourage experience and I was so happy with all the dresses she pulled for me! Loved her personality and her dedication to me was perfect. Thank you so much Delaney for finding me my dream dress!!

I went there to pick out my dream wedding dress. The lady (Jackie) helping me try on the dresses was very rude whenever I did not like something she had picked out. When my mom asked her questions about the different types of dresses there were, she would snap at her with a very rude comment. I was very unhappy about my first time visit there. I will never go back!! Instead, I went to Davids Bridal and the lady helping me (Tammy) was very kind and so sweet. I loved her and I would go back again and again. I loved my experience at Davids Bridal and found the PERFECT dress!! (: Also, I want to add that my Wedding Dress from Davids Bridal cost me $799, but the one that I liked at Ever After Bridal was $2,000. Davids Bridal is much cheaper and has the same GREAT dresses as Ever After.

I found my DREAM dress at Ever After Bridal in Chattanooga. However, I left without purchasing due to sticker shock! After going home and searching for a truck show by the designer of the dress, I made an appointment at Bride Beautiful in Atlanta. I bought the same dress for 40% cheaper than in Chattanooga!!!The dresses are beautiful and the customer service was great...but the dresses are overpriced!

Felt kind of rushed in trying to choose a wedding gown. Everything my daughter was offered seemed to look pretty similar.Seemed like she was kind of coerced into a dress that I didnt think she was crazy about.

While I got my dress used I went in to look for bridesmaid dresses and dresses for the mothers. I need someone for alterations they didnt say that if the dress wasnt theirs that they couldnt touch it (like David bridal) they gave me their person they use for alterations. Their dresses are gorgeous!

Rebecca was the associate that helped me find my dream dress! She was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Skip all other places and go straight here! They have a large selection of the most beautiful wedding dresses I’ve ever seen. Rebecca was very intentional, professional and made me feel comfortable going from dress to dress. I wasn’t expecting to find ‘the one’ but had the most serial feeling and had a few tears as I was put in the natural lighting in my dream dress. I went to serval shops and got good service but the day I went there I was treated like a bride and was taken seriously. They helped fit a wonderful dress into my budget. However they did not dry clean my dress even though I bought the floor model. Other than wishing that they had included the dry cleaning I loved my experience here.

We visited on a Saturday and they were busy. Two you ladies helped us, Kyla and Sara Jo. They were so helpful and attentive. They both made my daughter feel at ease.

Great selection but even though everyone was nice, I was left by myself in the dressing room for 10-15 minutes at a time. They helped me with 4 dresses in the course of hour. There were around 2-3 sales people on the floor and the girl that originally took me got busy with a phone call while helping me, the next lady to help me was nice but took a long time to get to me. I got there an hour and a half before closing and left because it took 15 minutes for the girl to get back to help me. (Im a very patient person, but 4 dresses within the hour while waiting almost 10-15 minutes, in between dresses, for someone to help you can get somewhat tiresome.) She ended up helping someone else with a prom dress, while I waited in the dressing room. I would have purchased a wedding dress that day but it didnt seem like I was important enough so I decided to spend my money and time elsewhere.
