I installed their 4 years ago - 30% of the entire kitchen stock was damaged / defective upon receipt. The company replaced mostly everything but it was a nucence waiting for multiple shipments and back orders. About 20% of the good stock did not fit together properly so I had to rig the pieces to fit. I ended up gluing all the back boards for extra support rather than relying on their under sized cheap hardware attachments. Several doors would not adjust properly because the adjusters were at the end if their reach. ALL, yes ALL of the cabinet doors were bowed from side to side, so that when you stand in front of the installed cabinet, the corners of the doors have a gap because the middle of the doors bowed together and bind! ALL the replacement doors had the same problem. Paint finish is good and smooth and uniform. Overall disappointed with quality, so therefore over priced for what you get. Never again.
Way To Go....Cabinets To Go !Ordered our kitchen cabinets Gene ( Rep ) was informative & respectful of our budget. Highly Recommend !
We really enjoyed working with Andy Repp on our kitchen design. Andy really walked us through every step and he gave some helpful and budget friendly suggestions. We liked how we could watch our design come to life on his computer, but we also got to see and feel the cabinets we were ordering and how they would look. We highly suggest Cabinets To Go
Cabinets To Go I highly recommend. My custom cabinets for the pantry is beautiful. The staff are friendly and quick. There were a couple of tiny little hiccups in the timeline scheduling and having hardware so thats why Im not giving 5 Stars. But over all experience was good. Nicole and Mark are fantastic.
Very helpful with design and good prices. Sara helped us throughout process. The outside install Co from Chicago failed to have anyone show 2 days in a row so we used local contractor. Cabinets are in and awaiting top
Overpriced, undervalued take or leave it attitude. Three times the competitive pricing from other brands.
We ordered the XRP reclaimed barn wood vinyl flooring and Raised panel kitchen cabinets in the color Kensington mist and are very impressed with the quality. We looked around at several places to find high end cabinets and flooring at a fair price and nothing came close to what Cabinets to go has to offer. Jean has been so helpful with creative solutions to our kitchen layout. 10/10
Not happy with everything about this placeI went there 2 months ago and was given one price . I went there this week to order my kitchen cabinets they increased my price by 40% they said it was due to tariffs .they said they come from China..that is whyI will not recomend this place to anyoneVery disappointed with everyone thereThey keep this up cabinets to go will not last. And by the way installing the cabinets is 40%Of what the total cost of the cabinets .Wow what a sticker shock
I purchased about $4k in kitchen cabinets,. I did not mind the delivery delays because me and my husband were doing the work ourselves. A pullout garbage can took 2 months to arrive. Now a cabinet door is warped and the pull out shelving unit is falling apart, I have waited for a replacement parts since November, it is now March... they sent the order to the wrong city which was only 1 hour away from Cleveland I have waited 2 more weeks. I called the store they said oh yeah its been here a few days I am looking to see who can deliver it to you, corporate calls Cleveland a sales rep said she would deliver it today... yet again the day has come and gone.Do NOT use Cabinet to go.Know matter how nice the cabinets look the delivery time frame and the lack of timely service and incompetency is a headache.
After an 1100 square foot flooring purchase and cabinets they would like to charge a 25% restocking fee!? Biting the hand that feeds you isnt a good idea when its a very tiny percentage being returned. If you get the cabinets, use glue. If your smart enough you will understand why. I did like the flooring product otherwise. Just remember you get what you pay for.
We added a full bathroom to our basement in the fall and are very satisfied with our Cabinets to Go cabinets! They look very sharp and our wallets didnt take too big of a hit...which is always a good thing! I would definitely use them again if a need for new cabinets were to arise.
Complete headache. Place is full of incompetent employees who design your kitchen wrong, send you the wrong pieces and give you nonstop stress. Pay the extra cash somewhere else. The worst experience I have ever had with a home renovation.
This Company Has No Idea How To Help Any Customer OutGene Sucks as a Sale Rep
Worked here as an employee. Good Luck using this company. Either your cabinets will have some sort of delay, will come in damaged or broken or will be missing something. The company says they wont bother you, but then its a requirement for sales to call you at least once a week and try to get you back in. The company is horrible to work for and worse to buy from. I can;t even begin to tell you how many upset customers have come in complaining about the product and the damages. Its not a very big selection. They can do some nice designs with what they have, but they cant do anything great. They have very limited cabinet sizes. And they have certain styles in certain colors and thats it. No mix matches. The offer no decorative trim like corbels or anything. No decorative hoods. Oh and the employees treat customers based upon status. If you look like you have money, they show you all the attention you want. If you look like you cant buy a kitchen in the next month, they try and pass you around. After working there, I dont think Id ever buy cabinets from any of there stores. Not just the one I worked at.
Was there recently and Andy Repp was very knowledgable and personable! Would highly recommend my friends and family!
In all fairness, they appeared to be under construction. There were two salespeople on a Friday. I was looking for cabinets for THREE rental properties. Perhaps it was because I was dressed in work clothes--sweat pants, work shirt and sneakers, because I was working on a unit--but we stood there for 15 minutes and no one would acknowledge us. So we left and took our big fat cabinet purchase elsewhere.
My Husband and I are re-doing our kitchen, we walked into the showroom and really liked their selection. Associate Ryan helped us customize our kitchen at a very reasonable price
Uncluttered space with nice pleasant people working there. Prices seem good also
Ive used Cabinets To Go for my kitchen. Ive been fighting with them about my order for over six months. They cant get it correct and they owe me money for discounts that werent applied to my account, and for items Ive returned that werent the correct color or were damaged when I received them. Part of my initial order was given to another customer to complete sales so that the manager could receive his commission or bonus for doing so. The customer service is horrible. I definitely would not recommend Cabinets To Go to anyone.
Horrible customer service. Paid Items delayed several weeks due to internal issues, no apologies just the need to reprimand me for raising my voice. Called Corporate and excuses with excuses . There are a million other discount places to buy cabinets that CARE about their reputation and customer satisfaction, This place isnt one of them. First and last time buying.
Very disappointed. Delivery of cabinets has been delayed twice. Initially told 4 days. Going on week 3. Not too happy.
Friendly staff
They are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Helped me lift alot of weight off my shoulders.
I worked with Andy Repp. Very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Also very clean place.
While Jennifer was knowledgable, responsive, and apologetic this store is a mess. Mark (the manager) leaves Jennifer alone during busy store hours so she is forced to help 3-5 customers at a time all while answering the phone. When we purchased an entire kitchen from them our product arrived timely. However, upon assembling the cabinets at home (much more difficult than described, even for 2 EXPERIENCED DIYers who have gutted/flipped 3 houses with no contractor help) we found the quality to be questionable. The farmhouse sink base is barely a cabinet in the loosest sense of the terms. When trying to figure out how to install the farmhouse sink, my fiancé asked Mark if we were missing something and his response was you have to build it yourself.... Then why did we buy cabinets? When putting together a drawer, the holes for the drawer facing were drilled in the wrong spots. Marks response drill new ones yourself. Clearly, hes extremely helpful (insert sarcasm here). Honestly, save yourself the time and headache, just buy basic cabinets from Home Depot or Lowes. They may not claim all the bells and whistles (soft close doors are an add on), but they are better constructed on the inside. Add in the difference off all the build it yourself materials and the price isnt that different either!
My favorite kitchen cabinets design and sales
Best cabinet company ever. Hands down.
Nice but expensive.
Great customer service
Sales people appear to be bothered by walk in customers, why bother having a showroom then?
Great products, knowledgeable staff
Disappointed
