Went in here thinking it was still a wax museum but turns out its a hippie boutique/head shop. The man working was very nice and helpful. Great selection of incense and Eastern decor.

Great shop for smoking pieces - glass, metal or electronic. The staff was very knowledgeable on different types of edibles, clothing and a wide variety of alternative type products. Been going here since the 90s and the shop just gets better.

Awesome smoke shop with a lot of cool stuff to buy. There are posters, incense, smoking products and so much more. The employees were really cool and helpful. Only down fall is that there kinda expensive. But I guess thats the price you pay for high quality.

The people at wax and Beyond are helpful from the second you get there until you leave. I have never met such helpful people sometimes I feel like their friends because I have shopped there for so long and they have worked there for so long.

I love this place if you have a question if youre into metaphysical things and you like answers your questions answered we have a lot of knowledge about what they sell they can get you almost anything you need if they dont if you dont see it in the store very helpful I cannot wait to go back I think I would like to tell everyone to try this place especially if you are into the things they sell such as candles incense tarot cards Angel cards oracle cards they have everything from A to Z and some they have smokers tools they have water pipes I think its called hookah but they have a big variety of everything they sell they have a very knowledgeable staff

Called and asked a simple question.. Guy on phone was ignorant, told me my phone was breaking up and hung up on me! I would think someone who works in a place like this would be cool and laid back but not this ass hat! When i called back he warned me i was on a recorded line and not to call back and hung up again! Horrible customer service! Spend your money elsewhere!

Sam is always so helpful and friendly. She will answer any questions that you may have. There are many gift items available in the store that you could find for someone or for yourself. You can find t-shirts, incense, smoking supplies, posters, jewelry and much more. For some of us it is a step back in time and perhaps to reminisce....

I wouldve gave it 5 stars because I shopped there often. But I called about how much something was because I didnt want to go there and not have enough money. The guy was very ignorant and rude. He told me to call around to other places and see if they would give u a price. I did just that and they did. So I suppose he didnt want to give me a price because they must cost a hell of a lot there. I dont think I will shop there anymore. Plus I know they wont mind, due to some of them seem a little pregestice. Not the lady I usually deal with, shes kool

Only because I can’t give negative stars. Been going here for years even though their ridiculously over priced. Tried to grab a vape pen for camping it wouldn’t work with my cartridge. Went back in less than an hour later and they wouldn’t let me return it or exchange it even though I was told nothing about a no return policy

Very rude staff. They talk down to you like you are an idiot, especially the lady who works there. I would never recommend going here. I hope they go our of business
