From our first visit to the final installation, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Josh and his team create a welcoming, no pressure environment with honest, friendly service and affordable, quality products. They will listen to what you want and/or need, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t. We purchased carpet and padding for three rooms and a set of stairs. The installation was very efficient and professional, and the finished product looks amazing. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for more than a century!

Josh is one of a kind; a throw back to a different era of technician who treats each customer like they are his neighbor. The job was cheaper, higher quality carpet than my Home Depot quote.The carpet was highest quality and the installation was done well.I wasn’t able to close the door to the newly carpeted stairs and within an hour, Josh was onsite and made necessary adjustments with a smile on his face.This is an amazing group of people. Couldn’t recommend them higher.

We came to Carpet Capitol with a nearly impossible task. We needed a custom sized rug to fit a very large, irregularly shaped room. We loved working with Josh. He did not pressure us into anything but helped us to understand all of our options and allowed us to make the decisions. He also came right to our house and fit the rug to work perfectly in the room. He even got our preschooler and toddler involved with helping. It was such a pleasure to work with Carpet Capitol and we will definitely return with any other flooring needs. We have been really pleased with the quality of the carpet as well.

This review is long overdue. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Carpet Capitol. From the very first person I spoke with to schedule my in-home measurement and consult (young man, I apologize I forget his name) to Josh coming to my home to see the room I was recarpeting and provide guidance and my custom quote, to the entire staff when I went to the shop to pick out my carpet, to the installers who took great care to make sure nothing in or outside of my home was damaged in the process. I was treated with genuine courtesy, kindness, and the utmost professionalism. ***Josh, I absolutely adore the carpet you helped me choose!! Outstanding company, installation and prices. I did a lot of high-end carpet as well as one room in laminate - all looked great and installed without a problem. Josh also has a guy who installed a complicated glass mosaic backsplash - it was a lot of glass and I am very particular. The installation was flawless and the installer did not make a mess - to the contrary, he was extremely neat. I highly recommend Josh @ Carpet Capitol and I dont give out high marks to many when remodeling.

My husband and I hired Carpet Capitol to replace our stairs and hallway carpet. They were all wonderful from beginning to end. Excellent customer service. Even though I came in the store (right before they closed), they were still so helpful and I moved forward with them then. The carpet they installed (1 week later and while we were at work which was very convenient) was an amazing price and it looks wonderful. We have to get our attic carpet replaced eventually and we will be using them again and referring them as well :) Definitely 5 stars well deserved

Amazing customer service and attention to detail! My wife and I wanted to have carpet installed in our family room, which has beautiful new wood floors that we wanted to protect from our young children. However, we didn’t want to destroy the wood floor underneath with tack strips. Josh was able to make an area rug that fit the shape of the room, with a 2” reveal along the walls. Not only will it preserve the floor underneath for when the kids get older, but it looks and feels amazing. We also had the same carpet style used to carpet our stairs. Their ability to come up with solutions and execute them with such high quality is incredible.

It has a lot of carpet at very good prices and you order from carpet companies like Mohawk etc. They even install at a great price. I recommend that everybody needed new carpet give them a try. Another thing that is very special is that it is family owned business.

My wife and I purchased flooring from Josh and he was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable and they have a great selection. We love the laminate and lvt flooring we selected, everything turned out amazing and even better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend using them for any of your flooring needs. Awesome place and great service. Ordered carpet for my family room in March 2018 and Tami found something similar in the store that would have been cheaper for me and offered this service instead. I also ordered carpet with Justin for my family room in October 2017 and had another great experience. Well worth it to purchase carpet/flooring from Carpet Capitol. Both carpets were much better quality than what I had placed in these areas of my home previously. I received better quality for the same price of the cheaper carpet 8-10 years ago. Will continue to shop there.The carpet installer Jimmy was also top notch.

The people at this place are great. Prices are very good and they take all the time needed to consult on the right product for the job. We recently had them install in stairs, in a bedroom and a hallway. It looks flawless.

He had an amazing sense of humor and understood my frustration. He explained every thing in detail and made my experience so smooth. No hidden fees just straight forward family oriented company. Terrible customer service phone call with female sales rep was hurried rushed and unfriendly. Even though sales rep was with another customer she could have been more kind in her handling of the call it left us feeling as if our business was unwanted. My prevoius experience was lovely when we came in for estimates and pricing. We were now ready for their service because the interaction was so good but due to phone interaction will choose another company.
