Very disappointed with my latest visit regarding your employee Tara. Tara just about ruined my trip to an otherwise amazing stadium. Her rude attitude and short answers made for an uncomfortable experience while shopping. I would recommend making her aware of her service issues and have the other kind staff help her because they were wonderful! The young brunette was particularly kind and helpful however! Loves the jerseys too

Ive been to other sports gift shops and they had more of a variety especially ornaments which I was looking for. When I went to a KC royals game their store was nice had a lot to choose from. This store didnt have much. Wasnt to impressed.

The Cleveland Indians must be doing quite well, as the team shop is stocked full of merchandise. Merchandise prices are typical for official products, but the shop actually has a large discounted section for promotional items that were made for specific events. Picked up enough gifts for people back home and had change for a single $100 bill. The place is well staffed and are more than happy to help you get something that may be just out of reach.

I have been to other team stores and many options for many different items such as magnets, cups, etc. The team store at progressive field did not have a lot of those options. Some hats and shirts and that was about it.

They really did not have much more than a regular merch stand. And there was line to get in. Seems easier to save the time and go to a smaller stand to get merch.

Staff was friendly and the shop is well put. Unfortunately I couldnt find the cap I wanted (turned out to be a limited edition series). If you cant find it here you would likely not be able to find it anywhere else.

They went above and beyond looking for a cup that they swear they had but couldnt find. Pretty sure the whole staff was looking for it

Nice selection in this team shop. The staff here is always helpful, just expect to pay the exorbitant MLB pricing and you are good to go.

Nice store. You have all your Indian basics. If you do want to go on a stadium tour, this is where you purchase tickets. It is $15 for 1 hour.

The shop is a little small but they have everything a fan would need. We got a mini bat.

Huge selection of Merchandise. The attitude and spirit of the staff is what stands out the most for me. Super willing to help and someone is always available to assist. They have a great procedure in place for checkout which keeps the line moving fast. Also, the store occupancy is controlled so there is always room to navigate the store. If you want to put your new gear on, the register has scissors on hand and they will quickly and properly de-tag your new diggs.

Indians team shop is fantastic from the stand point they have a lot of really nice stuff. But prices are just too expensive. $240 for a Jersey! They have t shirts that are reasonable at about $40 and they have an occasional sale on old stuff. Hats are $28-$50. $28 is not too bad. But overall their prices are ridiculously expensive.

It is tight in there to begin with. Need bigger sizes for big guys more selection. Nice hat selection.

Have all the selections needed. Great staff

The signs were misleading they said 50% of hats. Pick out a few hats then I was told they were only postseason ones. Then my son and I were followed by 4 employees like we were common thiefs. The employees were rude to boot. Asked if there was a bathroom. Told no that I had to go to Tower City. Now the selection is awesome, but the people seem to be not happy about working there.

Greatest place in the world to pick up Cleveland gear. Girls was awesome and really friendly. Cant wait to visit again... Go Tribe!!!

People are very nice. my wife and i took the progressive field tour. very interesting and quite entertaining. highly recommend the tour

Nice selection of items, always a line on game day. Its the team shop at the ballpark, so I wouldnt expect anything less.

Awful experience. Staff was not knowledgeable and one person was downright rude to us. Had to go back several times to get a custom jersey made. Once we finally had it the letters peeled up on the same day. Completely a scam. For that much money.. don’t bother

Theres a lot of great Indians merchandise to buy. I have, on occasion, bought stuff. Today we got a coffee mug and pair of ear rings. My main complaint, and is probably the same complaint from most people, is the stuff is so expensive! $110 for an Indians jersey is absolutely outrageous. A bobble head is $30, and its smaller than they used to be. I know, no one is twisting my arm to shop there, but I still would like to own things to show folks who my team is.Go Tribe!Not CCW friendly

The selection in here is great. I would have rated this a 5 but you need a ticket to enter the stadium just to visit the Team shop.

Best place to get any tribe stuff

Got fat shamed because we asked for a xxxl tshirt for my 62 husband. Staff rolled eyes and said we dont carry many in that size. Next time Ill buy online from jc pennys or department store for better quality and better prices.

Extremely limited hours that are hard to predict. I attempted to make a return while they were open for a game and was given the runaround and then refused service without a ticket. Buy your stuff online and save yourself the hassle.

If youre looking for Indians apparel this is you spot. Tickets to up coming games, tshirts, jerseys, hair accessories, balls, toys for the kids etc. Check out the sales rack too, Under Armour shirts for as low as $10 for men. If they dont have it it probably isnt Indians.
