Beautiful little shop. Nice shopping experience, associates are always so helpful and welcoming. Clothes are comfy but stylish, good array of color choices for everyone. I can always find something for myself as well as my mom. The vegan purses are awesome that may be my next purchase.

This store is so awesome! The ladies are friendly and just wonderful overall! Their vegan handbags are amazing (I have 2 now) and the rest of their boutique has the cutest clothes and accessories. This place is a must to visit when in Cleveland!

I am in love with this place. The fabrics and styles are so pretty. I typically have a difficult time with things fitting me the way I like but not here. Everything looked so good on that I had to purchase all the items I tried on. Can’t wait to go back!

I went into the store and was blown away with the friendly staff. She was able to answer all my questions about the store and even gave me a coupon for their online store. I was also very impressed with the style, quality, and prices of the clothing.

Walked into Intro while waiting for my table at Barrios, walked out with some adorable clothes!! They have such cute tops, accessories, and shoes. A lot of the items are made by local businesses. I cant wait to go back when I have more time to try on some of the dresses and shoes!!!

Wonderful girls working there! Such cute clothes and also their mugs are sassy and adorable. I recommend their aluminium free deodorant, just smell a few samples and youll see what I mean!
