The police often come up to this store, but so do the pan handlers, and beggars. The food is decent for a quick bite, but kind of expensive. Health wise eating is definitely thrown out the window. Customer service depends on time of day and which cashier takes your order. I just get gas and go... sometimes their are loiterers... very unappealing honestly. And no bathroom here since the person died in it, evidently overdosing on heroin. But honestly time of day is key... and that didnt be. Todays price $2.559 for regular.
The stock on the shelves is lacking most of the time but this is a very busy store.
There’s never a shortage of goofballs hanging around this place. One time there were 6 money men running a gauntlet at the front door. I didn’t give them any money but I told them they might do better if they split up.
There was this awesome Puerto Rican guy who let me get some hot water for my trip to Florida to make me a small pot of coffee it’s a very friendly place I highly recommend 😝

This 7/11 is absolutely horrible! Worst customer service I have ever received! I bought a charger at this location (17.16$) to put in my car because my phone had died and was far from home. After purchase I went to use the charger and plugged it into the USB port in my car and the charger would not work in my vehicle. Across the street is a gas n go so I went over there to buy the accessory that pugs into your lighter hole to plug the charger into to see if that would do the trick but it stil wasn’t working. At that point I bought. Charger there ($5.00) and it worked perfect. I went to return the charger to 7/11 (5 mins later) and the employee refused to refund stating that I can’t return something just because I bought a cheaper one. (My opinion the reason for refund is irreverent, still was in original packaging and I came right back) (also this employee was extremely rude, non apologetic, and had a serious attitude) I then went on to explain that the charger was not working in my car but it did work in a regular wall outlet as we tested it upon attempted return. The worker basically stated I was lying and just wanted the cheaper one, I at that point told him he could come to my car and try for him self (I stated this to him at least 4 times throughout our conversation as he continued to tell me i was lying and he would blow over my comment) (He also told me i was rude, I was anything but rude, was calm and considerate considering the circumstances and also told me I was giving him a headache and stressing him out) He of course didn’t so I asked for the owners name and # I’m which he provided but the second I exited the store he quickly called the owner to give his side of the story and when seeing me re-enter the store quickly retreated to the back so I couldn’t here the conversation. I At that point called the owner ( Darshan) who told me he refused to do the return just because I found a cheaper one. I told him the exact same thing I told his employee that it did not work in my car ect. Me and the owner (who was extremely argumentative) went back and fourth at this point for about ten minutes before he finally said fine I’ll do you a huge favor and do the return but you have to come tmr morning while I’m there (I live 35 minutes away and work morning, which I told him) he pretty much told me to kick rocks that he was doing me a massive favor by offering (btw there are no signs stating there are no returns and the employee did not tell me there wasn’t returns). I at this point had had enough and asked for corporates # and his store #. Darshan now was refusing the give me his store # or Corp. # saying I can go online and I don’t need his store # and even said he did not know his store #. So then we went back and forth with this issue untill he finally yelled out the store# so quickly I couldn’t hear him. At this point he is clearly very nervous and does NOT want Corp called and said he did everything he could and was offering me a huge favor by saying I could drive there at 8 am 35 mins away to return a non working charger (btw he stated this is why he makes his employees check the chargers infront of customer prior to sale and that his employee did and it worked. This was not true his employee didn’t check it untill AFTER I tried to return it). So now After 50 minutes of being at the gas station at 1:00am lost and 35 minutes from home because my phone had died and i didn’t have a charger and telling the owner everything I was going to tell Corp. he finally told me to bring my phone to his employee who he would have refund me. Even better prior to me handing his employee the phone Darshar (owner) said and mam please if your back in the area please go to another gas station to purchase things. I will NEVER go to this gas station again and will be calling corporate tomorrow as I’m sure 7/11 would be very unpleased with a franchiser treating a customer this way. DONT SHOP HERE! Gas N Go across the street was great, friendly, jbetter prices and helpful, allow them to have you business!
This place not a good place to go to at 4:00 a.m. in the morning they be a lot of crack Head Outside and inside of the store also there is never know coffee what a terrible store to go to watch your back at all times
The worst 7-Eleven in Ohio! Dirty! Place is always packed they only have one person working the regist! Places a joke!

Cashier is rude as hell. Stood in line for 20 minutes all so she could let some guy cut in front of everyone and then talk to him for 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Calling the corporate office.q
