I can’t tell you how much I recommend going to this place! I went for a friend’s bachelorette party and it was such a fun experience. The owner explained each craft simply and was always willing to help and answer any questions. And can I just say how CUTE everything was. I wanted to buy the whole store. What she has built is truly something unique and special! If there is any time to support a small business it’s now! So go with your girlfriends or even significant other and enjoy yourselves and leave with something that you’ll have forever!

Had a wonderful crafting experience with my mother and sister! Mary carefully explained all the instructions and helped us make amazing products! Im in love with my new sign! Also, the owner was so accomdating and helpful when I didnt register in time. She set everything thing up so we were able to come in and do the crafts we wanted. Cant wait to go back!

AR workshop is so much fun and I love the high quality custom pieces! My daughters and I have been going since they opened and have so many great projects all over our home now. Definitely a great girls night out, mommy daughter time, and date night place.

A friend bought a group of 3 me a class for Christmas. We all went together. We had a Great time. We had help with our projects by our excellent leader. And my clock hangs in my living room looking cool.

I have been there a 3+ times, and it keeps getting better each time I go! They are super friendly, helpful and very communicative! They respond quickly to emails as well! 10/10 recommend!

I was invited for a girls night but was unable to stay as long as everyone else. They were so understanding. They gave me paint to take home to finish my project, instructions and finished weeding the stencil for me. I can’t wait to go back and actually get to stay for the whole class!

I love being a part of the Cleveland TN. AR Workshop community!! I’ve enjoyed date night with my husband, girls night out with girlfriends, quite a few children DIY projects for/with my granddaughters, shopping in her AR boutique with unique items from different artisans, workshops with my daughter and speciality workshops such as chunky knit blanket and boho yarn art. Misty and her staff are amazing to work with. You do not have to be crafty as Misty snd her staff will teach you techniques and be with you to guide you to a beautiful finished project. My cousins and I had went to a sign workshop and had a blast! The instructions are easy to follow, plenty of help is available if needed. Prices are good, especially considering the cost of a normal DIY project. Whether you get a to-go project, or attend a workshop, theres lot of crafty fun to be had.

My friends and come here once a month for girls night. We always have fun and the staff is awesome!

I HIGHLY recommend AR workshop for your next girls night out! My friends and I go ALL the time and we love it. Its great to get away for a chill night out with friends but its even better to be able to make something awesome for ourselves too. I love all of my projects and I get a lot of compliments on them. Be very careful when signing up and pre paying for AR workshop classes because even if you have a very serious medical situation they will not even issue a credit to you for another class at a later time. I suffer from severe seizures and had one the night of the class I had registered for. It was a $45 registration for a hand lettering classes that I was really looking forward to taking. Unfortunately I ended up in the emergency room that night after suffering from a seizure. I was told something about it being a guest teacher and they couldnt over me a credit to take a future classes but that she was sorry for my situation. I wasnt asking for a refund at all. I just wanted to be able to take a class in the future. With my seizures I cant work and am on permanent disability. I do not make a lot of money and had been putting away money here and there to be able to take that class. Thank you AR Workshop for being sorry for my situation.

I was very excited when I was looking at google maps and searched things to do near me and found very close by a hand lettering class at the AR workshop right here in Cleveland. I am new to Tennessee havent got out much since I moved here 4 months. I dont now to many people or my way around. I register drawer red for the class a couple of days before online and pre paid the $45 class fee. Well I suffer from sever seizures and the night of the class I ended up in the ER after a pretty bad one. The next day I contacted the AR Workshop through email. I wasnt asking for a refund. I was still very excited about taking a class there. I just wanted to be able to credit that $45 toward another class in the future. I recieved a response the following day and was told that they were very sorry for my situation and they were glad I was ok.but unfortunately they could not offer me a credit for the full amount but could offer a $10 voucher and that I was welco.e to stop by and look around. Well thank you AR workshop for you your sympathy. It is very much appreciated but as for your $10 voucher you may keep tha . Because. I would never walk into a business which has such terrible customer relations. And as for priding your business as a locally owned business. You may want to work on the service that you provide those in your community. I think I recieve better care at a corporately owned big business l UK keep walmart then I just got from a locally owned small business like AR workshop. Be very careful when you are registering and prepaying for these workshops the they are all very expensive and from what I say they arent very understanding that emergencies can and do happen. You will just be out how ever much you pay for the class. Thank you AR Workshop for being a local owned community business.Update: while the refund was appreciated. I never wanted one. I only wanted to take another class of any kind at your workshop and yes you did give me the option that if the same instructor was to teach another class there I was welcome to take it. In your email to me how ever you didnt sound as though you knew if that would ever happen. I would have been thrilled with that option. Like I stated in my review I was very excited to just be taking a class there. If you would have given me any assurance that the same instructor would have been back at anytime. I would have jumped at that chance. I have and do like to support small businesses but this is definately a situation where I can see why most of the time they dont do very well in most communities. If circumstance were different I could have seen myself has a customer who would have returned often and your investment and opportunity to show excellent customer service and community relations would have paid off in the end. Sadly you lack in both of those in my experience. I wish you well and much luck in the success of your locally owned business.
