We used a McBee inframe kit on a L-10 STC Cummins. Had immediate and ongoing problems with blowby right away. Cross hatches in liners appeared very coarse. Engine had excessive oil consumption. I contacted customer service, and was informed break in must be on a dynamometer only, and I did it wrong without one. They Offered no help, or re-imbursement for my problems. This engine lasted 39,000 miles before the Piston ring lands broke on #6, as well as the rings.I would suggest McBee, that you get in touch with your quality control, and respond to customers. I am dissatisfied. I cannot believe your response from customer service, and no, I not after something for free. Using your product was an expensive mistake.
