I shop there about once a month and I always find the employees happy and at times very helpful. Not to mention I also love their prices on everything, I even bought my recliners from them and that was a very good deal.

Young lady cashier got mad at me for bringing back all the money she gave me for a simple even exchange. She wouldnt get off her phone. She didnt get the concept of a even exchange no money is exchanged. I just didnt want to have that on me thats stealing if I took it. God is already shaking his finger right now on us.

Prices were very reasonable, good customer service. I was in and got out fast. I even bought my pool from them.

I Love Big Lots, especially the bottled water. Items are resonably priced. I buy all my paper products at Big Lots. In the past I have purchased furniture there.

I dont really shop here. They have a lot of cheap items, especially the furniture, and they have items that other stores have but for the same prices!!!! Where is the discount? If youre not getting items on sale then youre paying the regular high prices at other stores. Do your homework before shopping here!!!!

I have to say I love the discounted items in this bargain store. However you should check dates just to verify they(food) arent expired. But this place is great for a cheap buy in regards to toilet paper, and sundry. Another bonus is having a public bathroom. I cant promise its always clean but nonetheless its open to the public. Now what really grinds my gear is the rewards program they claim to have. In order to be defined as a rewards program, their should be some incentive or reward. Big lots only offers a $5 coupon, after signing up as a new member and the weekly advertisements for items that are on sale. Correct me if im wrong, but that would fall more in the category of a membership or even a cheap form of marketing. I think they could do better.

Ask for plastic drawers and lady was so busy she didnt know and didnt direct me to where I could find them. The manager heard me asking her and her repeated response so he walked me to where they were.

I purchased two awesome cubby storage units and they are the bomb and VERY sturdy! Every store that I considered buying these from had them priced at $39.99 BUT big lots had a buy one get one half off sale so I purchased them there! The associates were very nice and loaded them into my car for me.

The store looks a lot better since its been remodeled, has good looking furniture and home items. Its really more a furniture store now, than a grocery store. Doesnt really have food, it has some snacks. I would just double check the expiration date before you buy any food. Was a little short staffed, hope they fix that soon. But good store overall.

When I asked for fans the one salesperson said that this was all they had.(end cap) then I went to get cat litter. Purchased the litter. On my way out a customer had a fan that was different from the ones shown to me. I then asked them where they got them and they said around the other side in the corner. The cashier was very nice though so I wasnt to angry when I had to go back and get the fan I purchased.

The store has been beautifully remodeled. I noticed they are carrying a lot more groceries, many name brands, and the store is clean and well stocked. Purchased a beautiful Christmas tree and ornaments for a very, very good price.

BIG LOTS is a very reliable store for mostly everything you want and need.

Since the store was reset late last year it shops much better and seems to be more organized too.Its easier to navigate and now clutter free. I like it a lot.

This store was recently remodeled and is very nice. The selection of furniture is large and displayed well. The overall atmosphere of the store is great and the inventory is improved. Very clean and well maintained.

Really like the furniture and other household products. They can compare to high end stores but at very reasonable prices, worth looking into. Im just saying😊😊

Ok I really enjoy shopping here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very wide selection of items. This is my go to store for seasonal decorations such as door mats, wreaths, table cloths, etc. I bought a big comfy sectional for my finished basement. Surprisingly good quality and equally great price. Even with a Mastiff (large breed of dog), very hyper nieces and nephews who dont listen when I yell No jumping on the couch the sectional is holding up very well. Still looks new. When I was purchasing it I expressed concern about how the fabric will hold up against spills when the Browns are playing and my husband may spill a little of his drink during excitement or anger lol. She said it should hold up well but also said scotch guard it. She was right! No stains at all and its been a little over a year now. Also this is a great place to shop for stocking stuffers during the holidays without breaking the bank. I love that their inventory is always changing. The prices here are great. This is also my go to store for my cleaning supplies such as laundry, scrub brushes, brooms, and house cleaners. Great place. Only negative thing I can say about this location is it can get a little disorganized at times.

This was my first visit since the redo. Its nice. The furniture is up front and the electronics are on the far back corner and has been reduced to one isle. I did find a great price for the keyboard that I was in search of so yay Big Lots!
