They gladly allow you to phone in custom orders: FYI their coconut cake donuts are in such hot demand, this is the only way youre guaranteed to get one! Grace even kept my credit card safe for TWO WEEKS after I sped off without it! She instantly recognized me and returned it with a smile. Coffee is good and strong. Consider them to a large chain....youll see a HUGE difference right away!

I came in here tonight after a long day at work; I wanted to treat myself, and my parents, too. WOW! I AM SO GLAD I STOPPED IN HERE! Nice, clean facility, with the delicious smell of tasty bakery and freshly-brewed coffee filled the air, as soon as I walked in! The young man at the counter who greeted me, picked my order, and cashed me out, was extremely pleasant, helpful, and courteous! As far as the doughnuts/bakery goes; an A+ ALL THE WAY!You simply wont find better doughnuts in the World! Ive found yet ANOTHER reason to love Cleveland/Parma! A good variety. They have a special flavor or two every month or so. They don’t have crazy flavors like a cereal one or anything like that. They also don’t have the mark up price. Haven’t had a donut I didn’t like. Bring cash for small orders. Nice customer service also!

Made fresh daily. Love that! They have the best choco filling around! Way better than Dunkin! Jack Frost is good but Royal Donut is my fav go to place. You get more bang for your buck here than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme.

We ordered 4 super fresh and tasty doughnuts (white and chocolate creme eclairs chocolate iced custard filled and glazed chocolate cake) & 2 frosty cold chocolate milks. Deliciously smelling coffee I definitely want to try some next time we go. Reminds me of my childhood.

I waffled whether to give this two or three.I’ve been passing near or by this place for years and always wanted to try it. Many locals raved of it too. Finally had an excuse today. Went in to just get two donuts and a coffee. No biggie anywhere else but I don’t carry cash and there’s a $5 card minimum. That itself doesn’t bother me but they will refuse anything under $5 and not charge a 50¢ or 75¢ fee as many other places do - I LIKE that because it still lets me just use my card and it’s not all that much. Long story short I had to get 2 extra donuts I didn’t want...And they aren’t bad. But they also aren’t super special either, even when compared to other local chains in the greater Cleveland area. It’s better if you’re just bringing in a box of a dozen for work - and that was not me today.I won’t be back. The old geezers who carry cash and live in a dead and dying world can keep the lights on here.

Hold on tight while opening the side door, and prepare yourself for a symphony of delicious decadence. The name Royal Doughnut does their product no justice. If it were under my control, the name would be compromised of a lot of capital letters and a few lower case, but definitely a ton of exclamation points. The product here is always fresh and goes well with any sugared recreational beverage. Be prepared, no bow hunting allowed on property.

Long line for donuts on Sunday morning but it moves quickly. Lots of variety. Ive been coming here since I was a kid, and now I come to get donuts with my kids to take to my parents.Word to the parents out there: If you want sprinkle donuts on Sunday morning, get there before 9am.

The staff is very nice and the donuts are awesome. The cherry frosted donuts are my favorite. Its made fresh every day and I have not gone in there and not had a bad donut.

I’ve been coming here for the better part of 30 years & never had a bad experience. I’ve moved out of the area but have been back in town more often as of late and love the new specialty donuts they offer as well. If you’re visiting the Parma area, are craving donuts, grab a dozen from Royal. Great prices & great customer service as well (they mix my coffee half capp half coffee 😉) 5*

This is a real donut shop. What you get here are the taste from your childhood. They have many varieties to choose from even apple fritters. The coffee is real good too and they have hot chocolate if thats what you like. You can go inside to order and take it to go or stay and sit at one of the tables. They also have a convient drive up window you can use. The employees are always friendly and quick filling your order. I much prefer this type of donut shop compared to some of the chains, their donuts can be somewhat generic tasting.

This place has been here for maybe 50 years. They make donuts fresh every day and have the best Glazed, French Crueler, and darken dip

They have excellent donuts, but Im a tad confused. Its called ROYAL donuts, but as I passed through the gates into their kingdom, there was no fanfare, nor a king on a throne. Maybe Im just used to how we do things in my kingdom, but nobody bowed before me when they saw who I was. Word travels fast between kingdoms, and I feel as though they should know who I am. I demanded a free donut, but to no avail I had to forfeit my rubles. I was also instructed to take off my chain mail and sword. Whats a knight without armor? Chivalry almost seemed dead in this kingdom.

The place is the best! Love their doughnuts. Stop by in morning before the doughnuts are gone. There that good.

I was there on the 4th of July about noon the donuts were hard as a rock I got a dozen and a half and Ive never had Donuts like that from this place whatever theyre doing to change the cooking process they need to go back to the old way cuz I will not be back until they do

Wow! Theres a larger selection of donuts in here than the major chains! I came in here the other morning for the first time and there was only one lady behind the counter I think her name was Jenna and even with a lot of people in line she was moving so fast! Great job!

I have two benchmarks for a donut shop: Boston Cream and Eclair. A properly made eclair is a thing of rarity in these parts, but the Boston Cream is the best around.They have enough parking, and a seating area inside as well.

Everybody already knows this is the cream of the crop, but lets say it again. For the best apple fritters in the nation, get here early.

My kid is obsessed with the chocolate sprinkled donuts. I stop there about 3 times a week (when passing) and try to get him 1. They NEVER EVER have them... every day they tell me they are sold out... the girl today said they always sell out. Dont understand why they dont just make more. I feel like all business owners should strive to grasp concepts like supply & demand. In the past month Ive stopped atleast 10 times and not once did they have any. Additionally the last time I got donuts in the drive thru I watched the girl handle donuts & cash BOTH while wearing the same gloves. Disgusting! If my child didnt constantly ask me for that donut I would never be back.
