This is a real good Door Services Company, both their management and workers are doing great wonderful job, the price is also affordable. In fact, it was introduced to us by one of our friends the other day. They came here to our house on time and completed the garage door replacement even though it was snowing yesterday. We appreciated their real good job and we would introduce to our friends to contact them if any of them needs garage door repairing and replacement.

Had garage door replaced,, had a security camera damaged in the install, tri-county door service refuses to be accountable for damages, I will not used them again or recommend them to anyone, they wouldn’t even try to make things right, was told, not responsible for camera that was damaged. They was very polite.

Called and scheduled an appointment to have the springs replaced on my garage door. Otis called twice..once to let ne know hes running a little behind and then again when he was 30 min away. Very professional and all around nice guy. He was in and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company

We had problems with Our garage door that came off the track and would no longer close. I thought it would be expensive to fix, so it stayed open for two years. I decided to call Tri County on Saturday for an estimate. Monday afternoon Otis came and had it fixed within 30 minutes! He was quick, he was thorough, he was professional and kind. This company gave top notch customer service. The gentleman on the phone was respectful and listened to our problems. He then ensured that our cars were not trapped in our garage which would cause an emergency situation. he kindly scheduled us for a next day appointment with a service technician. Jason was very polite and professional and confidently fixed out garage door issue and made it work much better than it worked prior to breaking. The staff at tri-county door and the reasonable pricing would make me recommend them for any door problems.

One of the springs on my garage door broke last night. I called Tri County at 10:30 this morning, and they sent someone out to my house by 1:30 PM. Otis did a great job replacing the springs and getting my garage working again. He was professional, friendly, and hard working. Took a little over an hour to get the job done, and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tri County and will use them again in the future if need be.

They repaired our garage door when the spring broke. We decided to have both springs replaced. The price was fair and they came out within 24 hours. Otis was very professional and knowledgeable, he let us know up front what our options were and the price upfront. He made sure the job was done right and he had a lot of pride in his work. He was quick to let us know how much he appreciates our business. You could tell that he cares for his customers and has pride in his work and the company he represents. He did a safety check to ensure everything else was in good working order and gave us tips on how to keep everything lubed up and properly maintained.

Let me start off by saying that I read reviews before I decide to use a service. I read these reviews on yelp and goggle. on 7/24/18 my husband and son tried to open the garage door and it would not budge.( one 65, 61 both 300+ pounds and played football) My husband noticed the cable off door bent, lose and off track. luckily we have multiple vehicles because mine was held hostage in the garage. I noticed a sticker on the garage door with the name of the company on it so I take it they originally installed the door for the previous owner. I called 7/25/18 @ 8:21a.m they open @ 8:30a.m., Now I was not expecting anyone to answer when I called nor did I expect service same day I was prepared to schedule an appointment. A gentleman answered when I called and had someone dispatched to my house by 9a.m. and garage door fixed within 45minutes. We expected to pay over $300 dollars, frame replaced and possibly having to get a new door, the price was extremely reasonable under $100 for the repair, he told us what we need to do to avoid this problem again, service was great and very professional. I would recommend them.

Hard to review a company that wouldnt show up or provide the courtesy of a call back. When I got ahold of someone they said they were booked up. Dont waste your time on this company.

Friend needed prices

My fiance was referred to Tri County by one of his friends. After several attempts of calling we finally got someone to come out only for them to not have the supplies needed to repair our garage door.

Helpful and friendly, unable to help me directly but offered a referral to someone that could.
