Asked to have a piece of mirror cut to fit the shape of a frame, left frame with rep who said it would be done in a day, which was fine. However he took 2 days, making the job late, and then mounted it in the frame without consulting me. The frame all had to be taken back apart to mount on the medicine cabinet it was supposed to go on and the rubber removed so that it fit, The cut was very rough in places and barely fit. I still paid over what was originally quoted, which was fine because my measurements were off slightly and I even gave the person more money than they asked for, for the inconvenience of my contacting them frequently, asking when the job would be done. He never once said thank you or have a nice day, or anything, plus they would only take cash so I had to run to the atm, only gave me an hour window to drive across town and get the glass, which made late for a different job. The only benefit was they were cheap and now I can see why.

I broke the glass in one if my picture frames. The man not only priced it out for me (very affordable) but cut it on the spot and put it together for me. All in about 10 minutes. Although, they are now called C&M glass.
