I have used Global Glass Block on a few projects now. They are my favorite business to work with in Cleveland! Prices are fair for custom glass block sizes, customer service is genuine and caring. The thing I appreciate most about GGB is how quick the process is from quote to install, regardless who you have the pleasure of working with, it’s always quality service.

I had a wonderful experience with Global Glass Block and I would recommended them to everyone and anyone who needs glass block installation. It was a true team effort between Gary, Tony, and our great installers Jose and Junior. After setting up my appointment and choosing a glass style that I later found out my wife didnt like, I called only 1 day before my install and they were able to change the style no questions. Not only that, but when the installers arrived and discovered an awkward shaped window that wasnt noticed before, they called Tony and he had it custom made, and delivered to my house for the install. Truly incredible service from these folks!!I included some pictures of the fantastic job they did. I also want to say that I actually called a different local glass block company first. I called at 3:40pm one afternoon to schedule an estimate and I reached a lady who said she was the after-hours answering service, and that I could call back tomorrow or leave a message about an estimate. I asked her what their daily hours were and she said 8 - 4pm. They were supposed to be open!! I then called GGB and Tony picked up right away and I had an estimate the next day. Dont waste your time and money on people who dont work hard. There is a reason GGB is still around after 38+ years. Quality, Reliability, Excellent Service. Thank you guys!!
