Needed some sympathy cards to pass around the office and popped in here. In Tower City Mall, Level 1 right next to the food court. Convenient location and had everything I needed.

Rude staff asked a simple question to the older woman whom I couldn’t even find at first if they wrap gifts and as I started speaking she just abruptly cut me off with a, “WHAT!” Then couldn’t even proceed to give me sufficient information. Ridiculous too old to be acting like a fool, it takes more energy to be rude than to be kind and professional. She was so focused on being rude that she couldn’t even answer the question.

My girls went this shop to buy mothers day card today.But the staff was very horrible she said her get out and she said if you not buy anything get out.I was outside I was about to go in.I heard everything I was very very upset.So I asked her why did you say to my girla get out the staff said dog was in store so scary for children but there was no dog.She lies.Today is mothers day but the staff made mess up our special day.We are Asian, I think she is raicist us.Still we are very upset.
