I got to visit this store with my Dad. He went to purchase him some hats. I guess this is his favorite hat store because he didnt want to go anywhere else. He liked the new store and the service. He even got me a nice summer cap.

As far as Im concerned, Mike the Hatter is the only hat game anywhere near Cleveland. Its hard to find, and worth the look. Ive only been there a few times, which is a crime - theyre helpful and approachable, with an excellent selection in store and a whole bunch more that can be ordered. When your store was in downtown Cleveland, & I lived there, I used to buy hats from you & was Happy with the purchase.I live in Colorado Springs now, & was glad to see your Website.But on trying to order a Hat,I entered the code for a Discount & it would not accept it.Why give a code, thats not working -turned me off right a way .

When they were downtown I went for hats for my dad and boyfriend. There was a guy who would clean and put waves in the hats in a day. Now they moved to the other side of town and its a 30 day wait. They were my go to for Christmas fathers day and birthdays but now I have to find somewhere else. Its not the drive its the service that changed. Less friendly. For $300 a hat I should get a smile.
