A couple things. One, they are overpriced. Two, it was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The lady that seems to be the owner was very rude. I mean really rude and just a bad attitude. Like hurry up and get out of my store rude. I will never go back. You know its true when they have reviewers saying how nice she is. Yea right. I only went because Indoor Gardens is closed on Sunday. I recommend them. The prices are much better and they treat you nice and with respect. Never again

I have no idea what this place is like because Ive never been here, but Google thinks I was here so Ill give it 3 stars and Google one 1 star for being wrong yet again.

What an amazing experience. I am new to hydroponics, and the people here were very helpful. I was figuring the used car salesman approach, but I was so wrong. Very patient and knowledgeable. Did not force a product down my throat, instead, showed me choices and helped me to make an informed decision to suit my garden needs. Again, thank you, Victoria and Brad God bless you. .

Very well organized and simple. I cant remember exactly why I was there. LoL.. But, the store is definitely worth a visit, especially with all the different products to choose from.

Ok just getting into this and the girl there was awesome. She walked me through everything and really took her time to make sure my questions were answered. She was so knowledgeable. She said the owner knew more and could answer every question I could think of so I cant imagine the total knowledge base they have there. Also their pricing is as good or better than what you can get online. If you are doing hydroponics or thinking about it this is the place to go.

The first time I went I Felt very welcomed and felt like I was it at home. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and then you can why do you with any equipment or questions that you may need or have I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in the Cleveland area.

Great customer service. Easy freeway access. If you are approaching from the east on Denison youll have to watch for the address, as you cant see the sign. The parking lot is straight across from the ramp to I-71.

First, getting to this place is a complete nightmare. I finally found the place after driving (and getting lost) in one of the scariest neighborhoods Ive even seen. They claimed 10,000 square feet of store, try more like 500 square feet. Walked in, lady was on the phone for about 10 minutes talking to what seemed like a friend. Wasnt until I went up to the counter that she finally acknowledged me. Asked if I needed help. I asked a question, but she had no idea how to answer, said sorry and went back to her phone conversation. Needless to say, not much help and even less of anything in the store so I left. What a wasted trip! Find a new, safer location and someone who actually cares about something other than chatting on the phone.***FOLLOW UP RESPONSE TO THE OWNER***First off, my review is 100% honest. I came from the east side of Cleveland and got lost because there is no easy way to your place coming from the East side.Second, not sure if youre who was gabbing on the phone or not, but someone was and the conversation was clearly more important than me shopping in the store, which by the way is no where near your claimed 10,000 square feet!Third, if you want to discuss credible reviews, I find the over abundance of glowing reviews posted over a two to three week period earlier this year HIGHLY suspicious, then nothing posted until MY HONEST review and then shortly after, ANOTHER glowing review. Screams of self posted reviews. Maybe your should actually focus on great customer service and then you may actually get some REAL great reviews.Lastly, yes I am real, I was in your store shopping and yes I received crappy customer service. While I didnt get much better service at a garden center on the east side (which I found later), its certainly a lot closer to me, albeit still not in a great neighborhood.

Its been there for 11 years so I finally stopped in to check the store out and Im happy I did. It is very easy to get to seeing as the highway on/exit ramps are directly across from the parking lot and Victoria (the owner) has been very nice and attentive every time Ive been there.

Walked in here once, will never happen again. Felt totally uncomfortable. Asked a few simple questions, got short shoddy replies. Called to ask about equipment, and the “lady” on the other end was rude as could be.

This place is awesome, the lady whos usually there is really kind, professional and knowledgable, she gave my gf some free root builder, and of course her prices are lower than amazon AND sweet greens (the other organic gardening store in the area)This has easily become to fav store. And its in walking distance during the summer :)
