I picked up a portable gantry this morning. Scott Reddish was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with as well as the two guys in the yard that loaded it (unfortunately I forgot their names). The gantry was stored neatly on a steel pallet making it easy to load and secure.

Bill Valentino is always great to deal with. He always calls back and gets back to me with equipment availability quickly.

They were able to come through for me at the last minute notice. excellent customer service and above and beyond help.

One main issue - I setup the rental for delivery on September 20th. The lift was not delivered on the 20th but the 21st. When we called on the 20th, they told us the reservation was for the 20th. That was wrong. We record all incoming and outgoing calls from our office and I went back and checked the recording. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. That was confirmed by the salesman. Also, when making the reservation, the sales person took everything down and said I was all set. Never asked WHERE to deliver the lift. I had to remind him he needed that info. His reply was...oh, yeah, forgot about that part. Not the best experience.

United delivers as promised. If an issue arises they take care of them promptly.

Scott was extremely helpful, I needed to extend our rental, the JLG we had was already committed to another customer. Scott made some phone calls and was able to make it happen that we were able to keep the equipment until we completed our job. Every staff member I spoke with over the 10 days we had the equipment was solution orientated. I definitely recommend using United Rentals, I definitely will be again.

Scott and Dennis at the front desk were awesome to work with around a holiday schedule we had to rent during. The yard man (heavier set guy but I did not get his name) was friendly and expedient in getting the trailer hooked up and machine tied down during a rain storm.

Used these guys for the first time a couple weeks ago. Super professional staff! Made the reservation in person. Lot guys were very helpful with making sure I was getting the correct equipment for what I was trying to do. Really felt like they had my best interests in mind. That says a lot to me about an employee and how the location is run. Zero complaints, couldnt have been a smoother experience.

Awesome experience. I originally called just to get prices after calling a few other places and got to speaking with Dennis. He mentioned he would rather rent a lift than lose money for United. He gave me a great price, had it staged for me when I arrived, even let me barrow (at no charge) chain tie downs. At no fault but my own, I was late returning it, and he didnt penalize me for it. From now on, I will only rent from United. Great experience and definitely recommend them!
