I am more than pleased with my new landscape lighting installed by Advanced Irrigation Systems & CREATIVE OUTDOOR LIGHTING!My home backs into the woods which are VERY dark at night. My goal was to enjoy my backyard for grilling, bonfires and hot-tubing even after the sun has set and to see into the woods vs. a wall of darkness. When I found this company online I used their home page to request an appointment/estimate after reading their reviews. I already had in mind where I wanted my lighting placed and the number of lights to be installed around my home and was excited to get the process started (I installed Malibu lighting from Lowes around my previous home so thought I was an expert in outdoor lighting).The owner, Mark, arrived on time for my appointment. After sharing my outdoor landscape lighting plan I am pleased that I followed his advice/plan instead for a very well balanced illumination of my home and yard. My entire experience with AIS has been amazing. They installed an irrigation system for me in my existing lawn (17 years). The crew was very nice and informative when I asked them questions. Our sprinkler system was installed yesterday (to an existing yard) and the crew did an amazing job, you can barely tell the grass was disturbed. They cleaned up thoroughly, replaced dirt and mulch where they had dug. We have 3 dogs and there is no worry about muddy paws because the grass is back to how it was. Thank you!

Advanced Irrigation installed a sprinkler system at my mothers house. During the process, they removed the outside spigot and replaced it with a straight pipe.I didnt notice it for awhile until I needed to use the outdoor water faucet. Obviously, I couldnt hook up the hose.I called AIS, explained the issue and requested the owner call me back.He didnt, but the lady answering the original call phoned back with a quote to fix a problem they created.I thought this charge was unreasonable and decided to have someone else fix the problem. I am dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

I couldnt be more pleased with Advanced! The staff is always so helpful. Every technician is very knowledgeable and able to fix any problem right away.

Unfortunately it reminded me of working with a timeshare salesmanI told the rep that my rule is to get three quotes before I made a decision. He did not like that idea at all. He said I dont need anyone else to give me a quote. He lowered the price twice and tried to persuade me just to do it. I said that I dont go just on price and said please let me look at the other company coming out and I will let you know. He got up to leave disgusted and I said please leave your quote. He declined to leave it unless I was going with him. I showed him the door.

I have been a customer of Advanced for many years and have been very happy with them. I look forward to my postcards each season and call immediately to schedule my appointment to get a early date.

AIS winterized our system but did not drain the pipe between the basement shutoff and the control box. The part of the pipe running through the garage burst that winter. AIS repaired it, no hassle, free of charge.

Hard to get a schedule for winter and spring start up.
