Just got mower back, so cant yet vouch for how it runs. But the communication left a lot to be desired -- told me itd be ready today around 12:30 -- I planned my day accordingly. But something told me I should call to check -- sure enough, not ready till 4:30. I show up at 4:30, and not only wasnt it ready, it was clear if I hadnt appeared it wasnt getting worked on again today. Had to kill time for 30 minutes.
