20 year customer here went in today to buy a banger man in store was kind of rude telling me about sizes not listening to me to tell him I have multiple rigs that would take any size banger I just need one let me look at them he wouldn’t even let me get those words out! total let down!! Real Deal has been in place since I was a teenager, when I actually worked there under Chuck and Janie (owners). Greatest selection on the West Side, great leather, jelwelry, and tobacco products. Visited the store recently and it is still run by the Rivera family. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. They really know there stuff when it comes to anything they sell! Most of their jewelry and leather is hand-crafted by the family, themselves!! Has some history too! Opened under two different owners since the 70s !! Great West Side jewel!

Pretty Sweet Headshop but it’s also a leather outfitter or something that prevents me from giving it 5 stars. Plus they need more bongs. More novelty stuff too. They don’t have much in the ways of bells and whistle type accessories. Plus it says they take Apple Pay but if u go there they either don’t donApple Pay or don’t know what to do.

Staff is very helpfull and actually can tell you answers to your questions. Thier pyrex selection is very good with lengths and with thicknesses. Plus in cool colors. Price is reasonable and best of all when i was ready to check out it was a 30 second process. Highly recommend this place.
