Great service. Millwork was excellent, order was prompt, and I didnt get any sexist looks or comments from the employees (such a nice change from Home Depot). Ill be back.

I placed a order for lumber over the phone for 10#. 2x 8 x 20 . At the cost of $500 for the 10 boards. Order was delivered as promised. I ended up changing the design to something much bigger. So I called to have have the ten boards exchanged for 20# 6 x 6x 10 which cost $70 each and 24 # 2 x 6 x 20 at $40 each. The total was over $3000.00 which is about $2500 more then what I had initially purchased. Not only was I told I had to pay a 25% percent restocking fee on some already high priced wood, but the person who I spoke with got nasty with me. All because I said, we’ll if they going to send a guy to drop off my new order ( which I’m paying over $2500 more) why even charge me $125 on 10 boards I’m returning. I even suggested I bring the 10 boards back myself. The guy said nope you still have to pay $125. 😳👀So I’m the end, I return the boards and took all my business some where else. They had such great reviews, I was planning on using them my 8000 sqft addition also. That won’t happen. Unlike Homedepot or Lowe’s, if you so happen to need to return something, just know your going to pay a 25% restocking fee

Northern Ohio Lumber is a great place for wood lovers..lots of board/plank materials. Not a ton of exotic woods, but good quality materials for home or office projects. They do a lot of corporate desks, conference tables, etc from what I saw there. Im building a custom kitchen counter peninsula and wall shelves.

Purchased the Sit Stand desk with base in Hickory, Harvest Natural and it is a beautiful desk and piece of furniture. I ordered the Jarvis stand, assembly took approximately an hour and a half (being cautious with top). Love it, definitely worth every cent. Dawn Carey
