Very accommodating. Nice, friendly staff that made connections with people.

Things started off really good with my sales rep Crystal. However, as we tried to move forward with the process, the contractor(s) were horrible. Crystal was having a difficult time getting in contact with the initial contractor and we had to which companies. The second contractor appeared to be inflating the cost of the permitting and construction. He submitted a bid for 30,000 more that the initial contractor. All I keep hearing was things are just more expensive with the city of houston. Crystals manager wanted half the cost for permits she did not feel comfortable spotting the entire cost to the city of houston. This was not negotiated in the beginning of our interactions and it was either pay it or I could get my deposit returned. This process started in April 2021 and 5 months later just shot down with no regard to the consumer. At some point, Crystal received a promotion and it appeared that I was running this race alone and having difficulties reaching her. This is my second not so good experience with a Palm Harbor location. Please be cognizant of any warning signs.

Jake Morrow is an Outstanding young Man who is endearing to the camera and really knows how to sell something. I could be a fabulous new home, or a picnic with a handicapped pig.Jake seems to have a vast knowledge of many things. Selling a Manufactured home, or catching turtles in a pond.I give Palm Harbor Homes a 5 Star rating.

If i could give 15 out of 5 stars i would. Definitely go see Crystal and the team. They are very nice and fun loving people. We are buying a home from them and they have made the experience awesome!!!

These guys definitely deserve more than 5 stars!!! Palm Harbor Homes in Cleveland made buying our first home absolutely wonderful and easy!! Camara and her crew was the best, she answered all of our questions with no hesitation and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole buying process. Came here with family from out of state, they gave us mis-information about financing. Then showed us a mobile that was used for storage as the first and only mobile we saw. Total turn off, we left immediately after. Unprofessional, very dissatisfied.

Don’t do it! Horribly horribly made homes! We lived in a double wide for 20 years and never had an issue. Yes it was a mobile home and not built like a site built home but still well made. We moved into our palm harbor in November and have had nothing but issues and problems. Shoddy construction, the floors are wavy through the house. The flooring we were told by one of their own people they got at a very cheap discount and are poor quality, they peel up, they are marred, and you can’t wear any shoes or they get gouge marks. Plus when we moved in they were covered in paint splatters and glue in every room. There is no insulation, our electric bill is sky high. You can hear every conversation from across the house or even outside. Our a/c and heat doesn’t work right. They’ve come in and tried to fix it numerous times. We had to buy portable heaters and fans for bedrooms. The lighting through the house is poor, more like nightlights, you can’t see anything. We’ve had to rewire things, fix plumbing issues, etc etc... Just a nightmare! DON’T DO IT! It’s a lot of money for something this poorly made.

My husband and I have been trying to get into a new home for almost a year now. Our mistake was going to the Conroe Palm Harbor. It seems we were led to believe we were guaranteed a home, but after trying for months and months working with them and the mortgage company...we got nowhere. It was a big disappointment. My husband and I felt like giving up. But then we came here, to the Cleveland Palm Harbor. Melina was so nice and worked with us. She is truly genuine. I am so glad that my husband and I didnt give up. We just closed on our brand new home!!! Were so excited and cant wait to move in!
