We went to sell our 2000 Honda Shadow for parts and these motorcycle docs gave it life! Were riding again... effortlessly goes up to 100! And the price - well below our expectations! These guys are awesome!

I needed carbs clean and, a tune up, a wiring fix on break light. 1week later I go to get it. They notice in the lot that the break light is still out and run a jenky wire straight off the battery and send me on my way. 2 small rides later one of the carb floaters gets stuck and I spew gas all over my drive way. Receptionist knewnothing, forgot to take down my name and number. Shops a low key place for friends to hang not an appropriate place for new customers looking for good service.

So my baby met a disfunctional trickle charger this winter and ended up needing a new battery. Disowned customs came to my house, picked up my bike and took it back to their shop for work. A new battery and a quick once over later and she was up and running again.Located just a short distance from West Side Market they are an honest shop that responds to emails amazingly quick.I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their bike for a decent price.

Took six weeks to get a bike back that was in worse condition than given. Parts were said they were replaced, and an employee said Dani put used parts on, but claimed they were new. There were women sleeping in the shop when we came there, multiple times, so lets just say we are grateful we could even get our bike back.

If I could give zero I would. Had my bike for over a year. I heard excuse after excuse. Doesn’t return calls or text. Go there to see the status of my bike and his shop is closed for business. He got evicted and didn’t even call his customers to tell us what is going on. Thankful for the landlord letting me in to grab my bike. Definitely not the same person I met when he first took my bike.

Extremely difficult to get in touch with them. They never answer their phone. My father in law was supposed to have his bike like 2 week ago, and yet we still havent gotten the bike back. The guy finally got back to my father in law saying they had a break in like 2 Sundays ago and that the bike would be ready soon. And with no call back from them and them not answering the phone my father in law thinks his bike was stolen. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Well sad to say, have to change my previous review, hard to contact, weeks late on finishing services, and worse its not complete. Update on my review, still no bike, and no communication. Bike was being brought back fixed from their damages. That was a month ago after finding out the bike wasnt repaired like was told previously. Just excuses, and promises that in nearly 4 months, still has not happened, still no bike. I see on the BBB site, we are not the only one this has happened to recently.
