Greg Moore is one of the kindest and most talented repair man I have ever meet. Ive been going to bigger companies like Music & Arts and Buckeye Brass and Wind for years to get my sax fixed or just a routine checkup, but never have I gotten service there like Moores. Going way beyond my expectations, he has made my 4 year old alto sax to look, feel, and play like new.Truly an exceptional guy, with more than reasonable prices for instruments and repairs, I would never recommend anyone but him for wind instrument repairs.

Brought my Bach double rotor bass trombone in for maintenance after not playing it for almost 5 years. Greg did a great job- the slide moves better than I can remember, and he fixed up a lot of little issues as well. He is very knowledgeable about trombone repair, and I appreciate the care he put into fixing mine. Highly recommend.

When I was getting back into music here in Cleveland, I asked several musicians about where to get a horn repaired, and, universally, they sent me to Moore Music Repair. In conversation, whenever anyone points out an issue theyre having with a woodwind or brass instrument, the reply is take it to Moore, hell fix it right. I have had two trumpets and a starter trombone repaired by Greg Moore, and recently purchased a renewed professional King trombone from Greg. His workmanship is flawless--the horn plays as if new, and his willingness to work with me in acquiring the trombone says a lot about his commitment to the music scene in Cleveland. I highly recommend him for his skill, knowledge, swift service, and commitment to his profession.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and does things right; what else do you want? My almost new trombones F attachment valve was stuck from my neglect. Barely after taking it out of the case, Greg had it working. He pointed out other issues, corrected them as appropriate, and showed the proper way to clean and maintain a trombone. I hope it never needs major repairs, but if so, I will definitely bring my horn back to Moore Music Repair.
