Very bad company- interferred with an emplpyee related matter about the welfare and beat interest and direction company was going weather good or bad- they hindered and allowed bad things to happen and used company money to finance if. . see u in court...
Website Order status consistently say that orders have been delivered, but are not actually delivered until one to two days later.
Met with Matt this morning and he was excellent in working with me and my needs. He was patient and accommodating. Very helpful. Interacted with a couple other employees and they were very nice and made me feel at home in their office.
I would not recommend giving your email address to this company. Their emails do not have an unsubscribe button. I have made multiple requests by phone and email to be removed to no avail. In addition, they have messed up multiple orders and not delivered on their promises.
Gracey is our delivery driver and she is magnificent!!! We love her and she does a great job! Always positive and happy!
Slow delivery times, bad service. Delivery guys act annoyed to be working, deliveries take forever, and product rarely shows up undamaged. I would highly advise you find another company. Using WB has been a huge disappointment and I would avoid them at all costs.

We love WB Mason for all our office and warehouse supplies. They usally deliver the same day. We use their water service it comes around the same time each month. Their driver Kenny is always pleasant and helpful. Nicholas our sales rep works very hard to help us get the best pricing. Karen in AR helps us with any invoicing questions. We never purchase from other office suppliers anymore.

Made an order on Friday guaranteeing Monday delivery. I called Monday and was told not all of the items I ordered were on the truck (specifically the WB mason brand water!!! Their own brand of water wasnt even available). I told the phone operator to hold off on delivery until all items were on the truck and the driver proceeded to attempt delivery anyway. Not only did he attempt delivery after i requested to wait but he came at 5:15 Monday when our specified delivery window was between 11-3. Our business closes at 5pm.The driver did not make it in that time window on Tuesday either. I called again and no apology was given, no discount was offered, and no suggestions were given on how to make things right. I was simply told He couldnt make it in that time frame again.If the window off 11-3 was not suffice, than SAY that. Most NORMAL businesses are open from 8-5 or 9-5, so I do not understand how a 5:15 delivery is expected to be okay.I dont even need the stuff, but this is a matter of principle and good business vs bad business. I have ordered from WB mason before and had no issues, but now I am frustrated at the way this was handled.The phone operator could tell my frustration and could careless.She took it personally and was unprofessional. Needless to say I will be ordering from Staples from this point forward.Nice Work WB mason
