Agree with other reviewers: wish there was an option for Negative stars. Have had the displeasure to work with Joshen for over 10yrs. Terrible company. They may be very competitive with pricing however Customer service is lost on these people. Reps are rude and not responsive and internal customer service are rude and lazy. Don’t say you’re out of stock because you’re too lazy to enter the order. It’s hard to believe they could become worse after being acquired by Bunzl but they managed to pull it off. Do Not do business with this company.

Easy to reach there from I-77 to exit 158, Grant Ave, turn right to the first driveway. No overnight parking. Sometimes it could take them 2-3 hours to unload the trailer. Lumpers are high. Could accept you before appointment.

Fast unloading, lumper fee $120

Rude to drivers, no thru roads on side road no hazmat on main road. Well after shipper took 5 hrs to load only 19,000 lbs. This place tryed to refuse unload me cause i was an hr late and they were not busy today I WOULD REFUSE TO SHIP TO THEM ANYMORE.

No overnight Parking. No issues. Full truckload took 3 hours $300 lumper.

We have been using Joshen for our childcare center for the last couple of months. Our sales representative, Tony, is wonderful! He is always quick to respond and always so helpful when it comes to products and what the best options would be for our center. Would definitely recommend!

Four and half hours to get unloaded

If I could give a negative star I would....I have been struggling with their poor attitude for many years....I didnt think it could get any worse..but it has.....moving on....Sometimes being conscious about buying local just doesnt work......Good luck....Cimps Auto Repair Srrvice....

People were nice. Older building right off the freeway. Got loaded in 2 hours. Big sign that said NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

I visited the walk-in store because it is a good place to just stop in and see what they have. Pretty much anything u need to run a restaurant or tavern that sells food is here, along with toiletries & cleaning supplies. It just may be worth ur while to stop in...

Took us right in. Unloaded within an hour - 6 pallets. Lumper fee was reasonable. Personnel nice and friendly. No complaints. No overnight parking.

They sale items by the bulk/box very low prices, I save $ by shopping here for my dessert company! You can place orders in advance or walk in and search for what you need for same day purchases. Great customer service, items I buy have never been out of stock!

They have a right, but dont come early they will send you back to the flying j, you already passed on I 77. And you will always pay the unloading fee.

Delivered. 20 minutes early to appointment. In the door, easy enough back. Workers unloaded the truck in 45 mins to an hour. I have been waiting 1.5 hours and counting for paperwork. Also Im pretty sure the disinfectant they spray is actually bug poison and Ive lost feeling in my lungs.

Definitely not the cheapest around. They will keep your credit card info on file and will run charges against your Card without first contacting you. We Closed our account and have gone elsewhere for all of our paper needs.

I enjoyed going to goshens and learning about packaging and how to buy in bulk I found paper product Packaging I found plastic packaging that I have been looking for for my mints products I also can find canning good products there I can find paper bags there I was able to get information concerning products that 8 I might be using in the future check out was easy I was able to tell my friends what I learned from going to goshens and recommend that they go there as well the service was great I will return to make purchases in the future thanks Goshen for great service

Accept only EFS and COMCHECKS with some ridiculous lumper amounts, up to 350.00 ... no ATM on site. Staff is cool but I unloaded in their 2nd location so I cant comment on work pace at original one hut Ive heard its at least 2-3hrs

Got on dock instantly, unloaded under 1hr, there is a lumper.

Slow unload, cant check in even a minute early, cramped dock area, inhospitable people. Very unpleasant place to have to go to.

Checked in at 6:20 a.m, appt was for 7:00 a.m. Slow unloading, i checked out at 1:30 pm. Avoid this place!
