Thief, scammer, stole $3000 from my company for a special printer. Sent one printer didn’t work sent it back and asked for a refund. Starting dodging calls and never returned money. Tom is a thief. No one should do business with this company or him. Please never do business with Tom Wright or Wright packaging.

If I could I would not even give Wright a one star. We ordered a Biox Sealer and Paid $2500 for it. Sent out a Saia Truck to pick up the unit and Wright said that he didnt have it. Tried to cancel the order through Ebay, but could not get a refund. He will not answer any calls and must have gone out of business. Just a real scammer.

If I could give negative stars I would. They emailed me pics of a machine, we paid in advance, then they sent a skid of useless parts. Would not return money, dodged calls, and said they could not make payroll and are going out of business. Complete scammers and rip off. I am going to sue to get money back. Tom Wright also has the nerve to work their email list and call our office to see if we want to buy a machine without realizing who he is calling. Run for the hills, never do business with this company.

Nice place to get used, good quality packaging equipment. Has an excellent warranty policy.
