Hes always so friendly and extremely helpful. Takes his time with you and helps you pick the best product for your needs. Also his prices are so much better than across the street from his location. A true asset here in our city of Euclid.

I purchased two 5 gals. of interior wall paint from their discounted selections for $49.99 ea. at the Euclid Ohio store. When I tried to use it on the wall it was too thick and had a gritty feel to it. I think it may have had concrete in it.However, I had a terrible experience. I took both back to the store today, and I asked if I could exchange them for two others and I explained why in a nice calm voice. The guy who works there said theres nothing wrong with this paint, and I really dont want to exchange it. He said your crazy which was very rude and insulting. He shook it up in the machine, and tested it himself. Once he saw how gritty it was he exchanged it but still did not admit that anything was wrong with it. He has a very bad attitude, and I was uncomfortable, and as a repeat customer he should be thanking me for coming in. Every time I go to this location this clerk is rude to me. He is an older man, and always gives me a hard time. Shame on him. I figure he must have low self-esteem and a very small brain. It this location closes it will be largely due to his lack of customer service skills.

They have lots of paint to choose from. Much cheaper than home depot.

Poor customer service. When I entered the store today I did not even receive a greeting, because he was to busy having a personal conversation on the phone. I know it was a personal conversation, b/c he had the person on speaker phone. I walked around the store and found some items I wanted. I went to the counter because I had a question. He continued his personal conversation and told me to hold on. I walked around the store and decided to leave so he could finish talking on the phone.

Paint cost was excellent for my budget. Got a gallon of paint normally $63.99 for $14.99. Great deals!

Great place, l knew exactly what I wanted, so l was not in the store long. Prices are great for basic paint, l just needed seni- gloss for kitchen. 14.00 a gallon, l have not used it yet to see how it covers, but right now beats 32.00 gallon. Will return to mill around to see all they have. Good prices on brushes as well. They do not mix paint. Contractors use this paint as well thats how l knew about this place. Eastside and Westside location.

Since the angry employee wasnt there it was excellent...I was in there a total of 10mins with everything I needed word up to the yung man who took care of us!!!

Clean store. Organized and found exactly what I needed. Other location has a bigger selection.

Poor customer service, extremely rude on the phone. Condescending in tone when speaking to you and doesn’t have the least concern of what the client wants versus what they believe they know. I would never patronize an establishment like this!!!! I don’t care how low the prices are!!!
