Every time I go in to load very quick, always a good experience.. personnel and staff or phenomenal.

Closing up a legal office and a therapy office meant tons of paper - some to be shredded and some not. Anthony, the driver, who came three times to load and unload bins was awesome - friendly, helpful, gracious. Our company hired Gateway Recycling (Cleveland Branch) to shred 2 storage areas worth of documents. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Your Pittsburgh branch has a maniac truck driver who ignores all posted entrance/exit signs, stops his truck in traffic & gets out to threaten people. Their customer service is unresponsive. I really hope you guys can figure this out before he hurts someone.

Gateway does what they say they are going to do and they do it right. Their driver is fast and courteous when he picks up our recycling. Management is quick to respond to questions or communications. Glad I switched to them.

We had a pick up of over 300 boxes. The 2 gentlemen that did our pick up were amazing, 2 of the most polite and pleasant that I have encountered in a long time. I will be calling this company again for any future projects we have.

One of Gateway Recycling tractor trailer drivers pulled out of Wal-Mart/Highlands Mall Plaza in Natrona Heights, PA making a left turn across 4 lanes of traffic at 10:00 at night, pitch black with no concern for the 45 mph traffic that he blocked. The cab of the truck was on the shoulder of the opposite side of the road while the trailer was blocking the traffic. Meanwhile, there is a traffic light for pulling out of this plaza that the jerk driver felt that he was too good to use. Someone could have been killed because of this illegal turn. I have the entire license plate number for this tractor trailer, but the last four digits are 3828.
