From the start the employees who greeted us were very nice and courteous and helped us build a box of their most popular donuts. The donuts are made fresh to order right in front of you which is amazing. All of the donuts were warm and tasted great, you can not compare these with your regular donut shop. Great shakes also! I will definitely be coming back!

Been hearing about this place for a while, and finally went. Believe the hype, this place has the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t know what to get, so the owners customized my box for me, and each donut was better than the next. They’re fresh, aesthetically pleasing, and taste absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend for any dessert or donut lover!

Was walking home by I realized this place is FINALLY open! Dipped Donuts is a custom donut shop on Cliffside Parks main street. You can choose to create a single donut, a half dozen, or a full dozen. Each donut gives you a chance to create a unique combination of coating, toppings and drizzles. Theres also a selection of milk and juices to complete your meal. The donuts are made in house, and our creations were DELICIOUS! Opening week notes: The place was packed around 7pm a day after their grand opening, and they were out of a few items. There was a bit a of wait, but we were in and out in 30 minutes. Overall, happy to have another good addition to Anderson Avenue!

One of the staffs was wearing a face mask incorrectly and his mouth was half exposed when we were talking. The donuts were good, but smaller than dunkindonuts.

These donuts were bought for my daughter’s birthday. They were phenomenal. Very fresh, and with quality ingredients. The staff member that I worked with was kind and helpful. This company even has a loyalty program... so make sure you get your card stamped each visit!

Donuts were the best !! There were 2 boys working one was extra welcoming and nice and helped me with everything the other boy with glasses had a bad attitude and looked like he didn’t even want to be there overall I liked it all.

Its definitely a cool experience seeing how the doughnuts are made. I tried these and they’re ok nothing crazy specially for the price. The only thing I would come back for is the ice cream sandwich.

Very impressed with the care my doughnuts were prepared. Very fresh and delicious. It was a bit slow because of the overwhelming demand on their first day in business. Will definitely come back!

First time there and the donuts are made fresh! I made a custom dozen and do not regret it. So fresh, so flavourful. Al was a big help in explaining the menu and ways to customize the donuts. Cookie connect for my cookies and dipped donuts is now my go to spot for some amazing donuts. Highly recommend!! 🍩

Doughnuts were awesome but service sucked. I wish they would deliver so I wouldn’t have to deal with attitudes of teenagers. Especially the one wearing “Engine 5” sweat shirt. Good price for fresh doughnuts but attitude check is needed. Staff as well as quality of product goes hand in hand and is important. 2 stars from me.

I was so excited to check this place out, but had a horrible experience before I even got the chance to order and I will never return.When I entered the restaurant, there was a man sitting at a table on a laptop, without a mask on. Once he saw me and my family coming in he hurried to the back to put on a mask, but did not wash his hands. Instead he put on gloves and quickly explained how we could order.As my husband and I are making a decision, another man came in unmasked. Im assuming worked there because he sat on the desk where the first guy was sitting. He proceeded to loudly talk on speaker phone with someone who was using very profane language. After hearing a couple f-bombs get dropped, I looked at the man, trying silently to communicate to him that this language was disrespectful. We made eye contact, however he continued his conversation on speaker. We had our two year old daughter with us at this time and that is not something I want her to hear.After the cleanliness issues and the outright disrespect we were shown by staff, we left without any donuts. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The donuts were amazing. Definitely a must try. My favorite was the glazed donuts with raspberry drizzle. The milkshake was ok, was not impressed.

You fill out the form you get the doughnuts its nice and simple clean layout, feels safe to go in. Iced coffee was great too

Amazing place... Crazy flavors!

The doughnut were ok... but the customer service was terrible. I went in and the shouted to me from across the place if I was ready do place my order which I replied to please give me a minute. Once I said that the young men just looked at me like if I was an alien and mumble something to the his coworkers abd laugh. If it was or it wasnt about me idk is just plain disrespectful. When the time came to place my order the 3 workers keep fooling around like it was a play area and not to provide a service. I had work in customer services and iI just found it unacceptable. Very bad experience and wont be coming back or recommend. I understand is a new business and is hard to start but with customers service like that it wont make it to far. Sorry to be truthful 🥺.

I was super excited to try this place out with my family but the person in charge ruined our first and last visit. My children even noticed how nasty this guy was to us. It’s a great idea as a donut shop but the customer service ruined it for us. He definitely does not care about customers or his employees. -5 stars.

I can only say great things about this place!!! First thing I noticed when walking in was the ambience and hospitality they offered me. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from all the great employees behind the counter. They walked me through every step and made it simple for my family and I. The service we received here was terrible.  We tried to over look the rude service because the donuts looked good but the owner was down right awful. When we ordered he told us our donuts looked disgusting....WHAT?? We had to cancel our order and just walk out. Never again. I wouldnt even rate this one star.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came in with my brother and no one greeted us. There was a man sitting at the front desk without a mask who I watched cough yet did NOT WASH HIS HANDS. That is disgusting on a regular day, let alone during a pandemic. Unless you want COVID donuts do not eat here.

Dipped doughnuts is my new favorite dessert spot! My girlfriend’s & I first time experience was amazing; from the A+ service to a friendly staff & much more. The doughnuts were LEGIT the best doughnuts I’ve ever had in my life, yes they’re that good! The coolest part about Dipped is it’s a Build Your Own, so you make your own combinations and I think thats fantastic. Great coffee also, will defiantly be back.

It takes some time, but definitely worth it. Nothing like hot fresh donuts just out of the oil. Lots of choice. Big 2 thumbs up.

As you can tell from the photos, the donuts look MOUTH-WATERING! 🤤I tried the glazed donut because it’s the staple of every good donut shop and the fruity pebbles donut. The glazed donut was underwhelming and the fruit pebbles donut wasn’t anything that special.Still the best glazed donut Krispy Kreme’s. I don’t know how they do it but it’s the fluffiest, lightest donut I have ever had.

Ordered from here a bunch but this last order was subpar. I ordered 4 glazed donuts which are my favorite from them as the glaze (icing) melts in the donut. When I received my order, I could tell it was the already-made bare donuts (that I also ordered) with fresh icing slapped on it. Very underwhelming

Tried it last week and liked it so was eager to get aBox for my nephews. Hours are that they open at 12pm I arrive at 1230 only to see a sign saying they are closed. I waited till 1245 to see if maybe they would open and sadly they did not. Upset that I couldnt get a box for my nephews.

Hard to find parking but the doughnuts are worth a walk. Buy two the first time lol. One wasn’t enough. Only tried a doughnut so I can’t speak on the other items. Tasty!

Very nice looking place I would recommend it to anyone. The customer service was great and they didn’t seemed rushed or anything one of the employees Moe actually took his time to even close the box for me without me even asking and Ramsey also told me and explained to me how the toppings work and all the prices for additional toppings and all together it is very well priced and the donuts are very soft and not hard and they are also very warm.

I have been waiting 5 months for this place to open and finely they did today. All I have to say is that is was well worth the wait. It is by far the best doughnut Ive ever had. From the colorful interior to the delicious and wide variety of doughnut customization. This is the perfect place to go after a hard day of work and get a deliciously fresh doughnut.
