Bobbi in the framing department was amazing. She was well informed, helpful and very sweet. I think she spent a good half hour helping me and she was never impatient or wanting to rush me away. You could tell Bobbi has a real passion for what she is doing and was the perfect help.

I love this place. Its clean and organized. Honestly you cant find workers on the floor but I like it that way. When you get in there you just want to look at everything in peace.

Its a joy to shop there, no long lines and pleasant staff.

Needed a pen for signing porcelain china. A lovely young lady helped me find what I needed. Its been over a year since Ive been in the store. Things have been changed. Store was not crowded at the time and I was able to wander a bit. Check out was quick and not crowded and 20% of entire regular purchase. Cashier was lovely!

Its an obsession going here. I love this store so much every time I go. The staff is super fast with checking me out, and the shelves are always so neat and organized. Ive had to make so many trips here after opening my online business @ms.bossdesigns on Instagram and Etsy. I created some fantastic crafts with the supplies I bought.

They don’t answer the phone at this facility and that’s very unprofessional. I left an item in store and I tried inquiring about it in order to make sure I left it and didn’t pay for a product I didn’t receive. They need to do better

You need more inventory you hardly had anyFlowers and or glass round vases to make flower arrangements. Went to 3 Michaels and inventory in all were low.

Purchased an item here, went home and saw they charged me for an item I did not purchase and also did not get a receipt. Came back to discuss with a team member, then was accused of stealing by the manager even after telling them to check cameras for proof. Maybe cause I wasn’t caucasian??

The model paint section was totally disorganized and ignored....same with the wood sheets...the rest of the store was good....

Surprising how little arts and crafts supplies they have compared to other stores. I feel like every time I go here theyre always missing something or out of stock. Theres not much I can do about that but go to another store thats out of the way.

While Michaels maybe a good store to find a large selection of different craft items, the store here can be quite crowded including the bulking out of merchandise on the floor while customers are shopping. This doesnt make for a great comfortable experience in the store.Other than that, this store has a large selection of items in its category is giving you a good selection to choose from while shopping.On our last several visits here the line has moved fairly quickly which is always great.when shopping here dont forget your 20% off coupon usually available through mail their app or just a quick Google search will bring one up for you.

Wonderful shopping experience. I had a problem that the cashier & manager solved for me. They showed great patience & sincere concern while helping. I am forever grateful. The store was well stocked as well, with the items I came to buy. That was a pleasant surprise. Most Michaels are running low on jewelry beads. This one was full to the brim with them. I bought pieces that I have been wanting to buy for years. So happy that I finally found them there.

This is a Great Michaels mostly. The staff is so nice and they really know there store. I would give 5 stars but the shelves are messy and alot of stuff is out of place but thats more the shoppers fault not putting things back where they got them from. But all in all they have great merchandise from all your craft needs to seasonal picked up some really cool Halloween stuff today. All in all a strong 4

This location can get really messy and disorderly at times. Products seem to get destroyed or damaged often. This is very frustrating when there are 10 of the same paper pads- but every one of them is bent, ripped or missing pages. Navigating the narrow isles is difficult in and of itself. When it becomes an obstacle course with products being on the floor, or the employee ladders left out, I begin getting annoyed.The prices are REALLY high. Fortunately, if you find yourself really needing to purchase from this store, they have coupons for 20% off (almost) any item.I don’t like this store. It’s really very dirty & the employees seem MISERABLE. I used to enjoy this store several years ago. Now, the ONLY reasons I will buy anything here is a. I run out of adhesive or need a new cutting blade and realized I’ve used my supply up. (Basically I buy something I need if I’m in the middle of a project and need something specific in order to continue). Or, b. My son has a school assignment due and “forgets” to tell me until the day before LOL. Poster board is an arm and a leg at that place!!I’m not sure what happened over the last several years with this store. It’s been on a steady decline in my opinion. I’ve found other places with way more of a selection, much lower prices and products that haven’t been tampered with.At least the Starbucks is just a few doors down.

Great selection ! It stocks most of the inventory listed on line. Great if you need to actually, see what your buying. The staff is helpful. The location is in a strip mall, so if your friends dont want to come in, they have plenty of other options . Ample parking. Handy capable parking as well as access.

Stopped in to try and find a new frame, it was a odd size I was looking for. When I talk to the woman in the framing department, she informed me that they could just replace the glass that was broken from the frame that I had. My luck, they were also able to do it while I waited. Both woman in the department were very helpful and pleasant. I will bring this store, my next framing piece I need done.

A good craft store that I used to buy framing and match for my photography, don’t ever pay full price because it’s always on sale and they always have coupons. The iPhone app is great and allows you to save money with their online coupons. If your framing yourself, I recommend highly

My orders have always been correct and on time. When coming to the store to pick up however, I had been standing right near the registers, as instructed for the in store pickup, and I’ve been totally ignored by multiple employees. Customer service could be better.

I have purchased and done curbside pick up multiple times during quarantine. It has been a life saver! Ready in timely manner ( within 2 hours) and pick up is quick/organized. Happy to know I can still rely on Michaels for last minute baking / celebrations needs.

They never have anything Im looking for. I ordered something online for pick up. And when I went to pick it up, the product was completely different than what I ordered. I had to return it right then & there because I couldnt use it. Hobby Lobby & other Michaels stores seem to be more reliable with variety in crafts.

I walked in expecting to see a guy named Michael, but he wasnt there, idk why this place is called Michaels.

Michaels gets very busy at the holidays. But if you order online, to pick up in store, they have separate reps near door for that. Prepay then just sign in store. Almost no line, and fadt & efficient. Great service. Parking & traffic for Clifton store very hard in late December, but that is not their fault, the strip mall has limited space. Starbucks doesnt help. Off season this store is even better & parking typically not a problem. Saturdays are heavier though.
