Excellent customer service - Reuben took care of us very well! We had actually put a deposit down for a mattress and base at another mattress firm location but wanted to check out other beds since we initially ran out of time. So we tried out the beds in this store and made a decision, but still needed to complete the transaction. We explained to Reuben we would be happy to return to the original store that originated the sale, but he just sat down and finalized it with us, quick and easy. Jay Lucas is the best salesman I have ever had. I stopped by the Clifton location, and walked out with the best mattress ever! He helped me out so much. I have chronic back issues and my wife works 12 hour shifts so we needed the best support for both of us. We have our dream King bed and can’t wait to sleep on it for the next 10 years!

I absolutely recommend Mattress Firm, I went there on a Friday evening the 2 gentleman that work there were very friendly and helpful. Randy greeted us as soon as we walked in, asked us a few questions then recommended a few mattresses to look at. We were undecided about to leave then Felix walked up and sealed the deal, we were definitely going to buy the mattress there we just undecided but Felix helped us decide we got a great deal, on a great mattress. I left a deposit on Friday paid it off Saturday met with his colleague Reuben also very friendly and helpful he completed the order and setup the delivery. We got the mattress by Tuesday literally.They have my business, I will definitely be returning again to get my kids new mattress.If you have any doubts I would just say go in and check them out you won’t regret it. Ruben was amazing and he helped me after listening to what I needed he sold me the best bed Ive owned in years and a very nice salesman. I left feeling great about my purchase the delivery men I would ask for a different company if they use more then one worse then going to the dentist and have 5 root canals in the same day they need to switch immediately rude wouldnt remove my boxspring and rudely spoke Spanish when I nicely recommended many solutions. They claimed it might break a wall I explained when I house remodeled years ago I bought new furniture and they brought up the box spring with no problem my reply was call the place that delivered it and have them take it out rude nasty and definitely lazy my 15 year old son and 15 year old nephew brought it down after the company wanted me to leave it in my hall for 2 days being disabled.

Jay did a great job at helping us find a mattress and adjustable base that met our specifications / needs. He took as long as needed which ended up being at least 2 hours. He was reasonable and easy to follow. He made us feel comfortable and educated us well. In the end we ended up buying two mattresses and two adjustable bases. So far so good with those. Very comfy.In addition, the delivery guys were nice to work with and got everything set up quickly and correctly.One of the mattresses is for my mother and shes already completely sold. Sleeping better than she has in a long time.My husband and I are still getting used to the new mattress but most importantly, he has no more hip and shoulder pain. Thats a huge plus.Thank you Jay!
