I just finished shopping there and the associate, Kayla, gave me the best customer service! She was kind, helpful and understanding! Thank you Kayla & I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

The manager is not nice had a problem with a ordament while I was talking to her she literally ignore me and went back to what she was doing. She said that I can’t bring back an ordament from a Hallmark store because she is a “paper store” the store in another area said I can bring it back. Nobody knows nothing

Always find what I need and then some. Love browsing through the pretty wares and staff is super helpful.

Found one of my favorite fragrances there (inis - the energy of the sea).So many items there to choose from.If you are in need of a gift, be sure to check out this store, they have cards and so much more.

The store has a variety of gifts. It has many more offerings than the old Hallmark stores. Many interesting things to choose from. I found a couple of nice picture frames for gifts.

I went to buy 2T shirts at my local paper store and they did not have it so they referred me to the store in Clifton New Jersey which had what I need ed and they could not have been nicer.

Not just a paper store. A large selection of hallmark cards, gift bags and gifts. Children and baby books and toys on one side and jewelry and clothes other side. Easy parking.

This is like the old Hallmark stores. Such cute paper bags and cards, gift wrapping paper etc...you can also buy little keepsake figurines here such as Previous Moments and the like. Parking is good too. Only thing keeping it from five stars is that like other stores, I dont like spending $6 on a gift bag!

Love this store!! Youll find good quality items and reasonably priced. Their selection is somewhat limited but items are unique and personable which makes the gift you choose come from the heart.

We visited this location for the Hallmark Christmas in July Ornament Premier this year. The store was neatly arranged with a good amount of Hallmark ornament stock. Staff members greeted us at the door, asked if we wanted any Lindt chocolate truffles and sparkling apple cider, the kids were thrilled. We picked out our ornaments and there were several cashiers available for a quick checkout. Upon leaving we saw a sign that stated we could receive a free power cord with a qualifying purchase, which we did with our large purchase. The manager was happy to help us get the discount that did not come off in the first place when being rung up. Thanks Paper Store.

Greeted as soon as I entered store.The ornament that I wanted was not on the display but the associate went into the back to look but offered me the display if there wasnt anymore. She did find me the last one, she was extremely helpful and pleasant when she rang me up.

As always The Paper Store was fantastic. The people there go out of their way to serve you and to meet whatever needs you may have.

The staff is touch and go; some of them are super friendly and helpful while others are not as friendly to even look towards. Theres quite a bit here, but I believe in all the times Ive gone here Ive bought a total of one thing.

They have everything. Best store to run in a buy gifts (mostly geared towards women & kids)

Nice store, but Maria who greeted me at the front has terrible customer service!! I was buying the entire Disney train set, apparently the tracks were the last in the store. First she says she will sell me the last set since they dont have anymore. She removes it from display and realizes there is no sku number to ring up. I show her a sign displayed on the rack stating the cost for the set. She REFUSES to sell me the tracks!! Tells me to find them somewhere else!!! This is 2 days before Christmas!!! I asked her what are you going to throw them out or send them back after Christmas- she said YES!!My family shops in this store all the time!! I will NEVER step foot in here again. I will go out of my way to find a different store.

I liked this store far better when it used to be a “Hallmark Gold Crown” before becoming The Paper Store. I realized today that this is now a different store all together that sells SOME Hallmark items. This explains why the selection of Hallmark items has drastically reduced. I’m disappointed because this used to be a go-to store for me for cute little novelty gifts. Also, I take my time when I shop and don’t enjoy feeling bombarded with, “..well, why don’t you get this..” and “..well, how about this then..” and being approached repeatedly with items the employees are trying to push. I’m greeted at the door but to only immediately be questioned and pulled in multiple directions. I appreciate people being available to help, however, every time I’ve been in this store I feel pressured to buy and feel as though someone is always by my side—not in a good way. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Omg! You wont want to leave the paper store. So many awesome things! You will buy things you didnt intend to buy cause you cant help it.Everywhere you look, youll see something you want or to give to someone .They have unique items that you wont see anywhere else. If your going there to buy a card, expect to walk out with much more. Very nice helpful sales girls too. Plenty of parking. But, WHY did they change the name to the paper store if you didnt know better whats inside, you probably wouldnt go in. I dont even think they sell paper there. LOL!
