I come here for kielbasa on rye. That’s all I’ve ever bought from here, but it’s worth the 20 minute ride. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

My (Polish) friend had a craving for Prince Polo chocolate wafers and so we went on a hunt for them around Passaic County. We found several kinds at Polonia and theyre great. The place isnt too big, but they seem to have a good selection of cured meats and Eastern European foods. I will surely be back to check it out again. Best Polish deli! I ordered 2 Poppy seed cakes rolls on my visit to see my Grandma last week. They made them overnight for me and were ready at 6 am. My god it was like heaven and at $10.00 per 14 inch long and a diameter of 4 inches amazing! They had so many treats I could not help myself so my kids are trying hard candies. Great people and it feels and smells like home. Try their perogie and cabbage rolls too ^.^

I used to shop Polonia Meat Market for many years. Unfortunately, now I go there less often. The reason: they try to sell you a lot more than you ask for. If you ask for half a pound of ham youll get .65 lbs or more. I went there today (6/30/17) and asked for podlaska kielbasa. A young lady pointed to it. It looked too much, so I asked for a smaller piece that I wanted vacuumed. She went to the storage, got me even bigger piece, conveniently vacuumed it and brought it out. I didnt argue and bought it. A lesson learned: if I ever go there again, Ill ask to see it first, vacuumed or not. This is just not right.

Any time that I am working in this area, I come to get hot food served by the pound. Some of my favorites include the veal meatloaf, stuffed cabbage, pierogies, and any kielbasa and kraut dish that they serve. Deelishis! 😋
