Great experience. Glen was very helpful. We changed our design twice and not one second did we feel any frustration from Glen. He answered the phone at all times of the day and night. He even came out during the weekend to do some very detailed double/triple checking of numbers to avoid any miscommunication. Delt directly with our contractor when necessary. Glen later took over and was also wonderful in helping to make sure the cabinets were on time (he really worked with us on delivery) and what we were expecting. They spent a tremendous amount of time with us designing a kitchen counter/desk with cabinets and and a wardrobe unit for our master bedroom. They helped ensure the word “custom” was avoided which meant the cabinets would be less costly. They also stuck with the order through installation to ensure we were satisfied when it was done. I placed an order almost a month ago with the promise that the cabinets will be delivered in 2 weeks. On the day before the expected delivery, Gabe confirmed that everything was on time. Then I received an excuse that the snow storm caused a delay. However, one would expect that the delivery would be made on the next available day. I tried to follow up but I received another excuse that my cabinets are on backorder. That doesn’t make sense. Money wasn’t the issue because I paid the full invoice on time. I am now on week 4 and no cabinets. Based on his candor at our initial meeting, I thought this would be a seamless process. I guess I was wrong.

My husband and I bought our first townhouse in Clifton few months ago, which required the Kitchen being completely renovated. Being first time homeowners and having no idea how to start off with renovations, we came across Kitchen Cabs Direct through a google search. We visited them and met Vanessa and Glenn. Vanessa had done 2 sketches on her software to show us what our new kitchen will look like. She showed us options for the two different types of brands of cabinets we were interested in. She listened to our needs, customized everything to our liking and offered advice along the way as well. Her and Glenn also offered us their perspective on what type of countertop to pick. They gave us the contact information for the countertop company they work with and we did get our countertops from. We ended picking up the Forevermark brand cabinets because we have used them in our old apartments and were comfortable with the quality of it. The prices offered here were much more reasonable than Home Depot and Lowes especially for the quality. At Home Depot for a low quality of cabinets we were quoted 3 times the cost of what we paid at Kitchen Cabs. Glenn came in person to go over the measurements after we placed the order and he was thorough with everything. Overall, we are very glad that we trusted google reviews and our gut and went along with Kitchen Cabs Direct for our kitchen renovations. The delivery date they promised when I placed my order was dead on despite all thats going on with covid. We went to Glen at Kitchen Cabinets Direct almost on a whim, after having basically settled on a kitchen from Home Depot. It was the best move we made in our entire renovation! Glen found serious flaws in the Home Depot design that we, with our inexperienced eye, hadnt seen, and designed a much better kitchen for us. He offered a range of high-quality cabinets at literally 1/4 the cost of Home Depot and had them delivered to our door 4 days later -- and he even apologized for the delay! He stayed in touch with us throughout the order, delivery, and installation process to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend him both for designing the layout of the kitchen and for supplying the cabinets.

I will begin by saying I did all the work on the kitchen renovation in my own house, with the exception of the oak floor. I needed something more than Home Depot design help to get me up and running with the cabinets. This was the second kitchen renovation I had done and it was quite large. There were a lot of details and quite a bit of planning even before we sat down with someone in front of a computer. I had never heard of RTA cabinets and I was interested so I checked out Kitchen Cabs Direct. I am so glad I did.My wife and I got some tremendous help from John, who hand-held us through every step of the design process. He has a real gift for making things fit, and he also helped referee some disputes. I think he should be a marriage counselor. He also has in-depth and first hand experience with all the product lines they sell. I had many questions when we were in the office and also over the phone. Calls were all answered or returned immediately. The product we chose was not the top of the line but we were quite impressed with the bang for the buck. These cabinets not only fit our budget but gave us way more than we bargained for. Nice hardware and finish, good carpentry, quick delivery, despite the holidays, and over all no hassles. Everything was clearly laid out from start to finish. Very professional. Great value.Renovations can be very stressful especially when you are doing all the work yourself. Great Cabinets at a great price. I reached out to get a quote after I got quotes in the 10s of thousands of dollar ranges from Home Depot and Lowes. I was able to get the cabinets we wanted (white shaker) that fit perfectly into the space we had for a fraction of that price. Glen worked with me and came out multiple times to measure to make sure we wouldnt have an issue since the space is slightly odd sized. He even referred me to a local granite counter-top person that was able to get me what we needed at a good price and on the tight timeline we had as well. Overall the experience was great. When, during the install, we noticed that a cabinet was missing, Glen got one out to us within a week. I would definitely use them again.
