This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered a certain theme for my autistic daughter who is having a special birthday and loves the Super Mario theme. When I called her, after my daughters father picked it up and sent me a picture, ( he had no idea what I ordered because it was a surprise) and I asked her that why were there different balloons and not what I ordered. She said very rudely well you didnt pay for the balloons and we dont have that theme here. I told her whether you feel that I paid for them or not it is common courtesy, and great customer service, to call me and let me know, I apologize maam however we do not carry that here but I have something else before just doing what you like when I paid for it. Instead she continued to argue with me and tell me that I was yelling when my voice did get louder because of how she was talking to me and telling me that she gave me an extra strawberry and that if I didnt want it then not to buy from there anymore. I told her if I could speak to a manager she says sarcastically, I am the manager. I told her I am a boss and I would never speak to anyone especially a customer that way. I am in tears from the anger. If a customer pays for something they should get what they paid for if you as a company have to change something you should call your customer and ask.
Omg !! Talking about customer service. Asia from the Clifton store gave me 200% of customer service. I did not know what to buy for a dear friend. She went thru so many items with me and she did not care how long I took and I had a least 10 questions and she answered them all her knowledge of arrangements where I had no clue.. please got to her store or call her anyone cause she is THE BEST!!
Just ordered this for my best friend this morning and they fixed it up and delivered it to her as quickly as possible and it looks great and she loves the taste of the cheesecake and strawberries and she is so excited she couldn’t contain herself so I really appreciate the customer service and the effort for everything they did today
I have ordered from several EA stores and have never had any complaints. This EA store in Clifton has to be THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The owner should be ashamed of their hiring process.I ordered a platter for family members who just lost a loved one. I paid the extra money for a same day delivery. Called the store ahead to ensure it was feasible (the girl who answered was polite and helpful). The delivery driver called my number, let it ring once and hung up. When I called back it went to voicemail so I text and it was not delivered.I had my boyfriend call and it rang but no answer, so clearly the delivery person blocked my number to pretend they attempted the delivery. My boyfriend called a second time and it rang but no answer; so I had him call a third time and he too was blocked.Whoever the delivery driver is, needs to be fired. How do you want to get paid for a job and don’t want to do it? The entitlement!! They lost my $150. I will never place an order with them again.
Ordered in the AM for same day delivery. Called and asked if they could deliver by 4p they said yes and delivered with plenty of time to spare. Recipient loved it. Thank you!
Yes, I would recommend this location. The fruit platter was not only beautiful but the fruit was fresh. The pumpkin cheesecake is fabulous! I spoke to the sales person on the phone with questions and he was so helpful, professional and kind. The delivery man today was the same. Good customer service is so hard to come by lately and I thought these two employees should know that their hard work is appreciated especially their great attitudes! Keep up the good work!
They delivered at 9am on a staurday to an office that wasnt open until 10am. They just threw the box by the back door and left. And sent me a text about it being delivered properly. This was a joke. Its better to support a small mom and pop shop that will take the time to find out who and when is the best time to deliver the iteams you paid for. Hope
Received an order as a Valentine gift. Looked nothing like what was ordered. Fruit smelled like rotten cabbage leaves. It was honestly the most sad looking arrangement I ever received. Store refused to acknowledge that they sent something completely different and poor quality. Last time we will ever order from Clifton store.

Edible Arrangements as a whole is overpriced. But this location is one of the better ones they have. They made a great big last-minute arrangement for my in-laws. It was ready on time, the fruit was fresh and the recipients were really happy with it. Thats all I care about.
I was very satisfied with my arrangement & the customer service on 890 Van Houten AveClifton, NJ location. I had ordered a delivery but my friend decided to pick up his arrangement on the day of delivery. I called the shop 3 days later to see if I could get my delivery refunded. I was refunded with no stressful problems. It was easy breezy. Will definitely order with them again in the future.
Placed two orders for Mother’s Day which I had planned to pick up around noon which in hindsight was the worst decision I could have made that day. It led to waiting in line for two hours alongside approximately 30 other people in line which is great during a pandemic (picture people definitely not staying 6ft apart along with some brave customers who scoffed at the idea of wearing masks in public, only to begrudgingly be made to wear one by the police that got involved later on). I definitely don’t want to fault the employees but at some point, there has to be a correct way to manage and address the expectations of the troubled customers (heard many people were snubbed at the counter inside when trying to determine the whole situation including my own mom) and troubleshoot the management issues that were happening internally that Sunday. In the end despite telling customers that they had to wait in line to pick up their order, the employees brought out the orders outside haphazardly and started calling out names one by one, not in the order of those waiting in line, beckoning people to instead make their way through the crowd to pick up their order. Speaking on the product only, it was a bit lackluster. The chocolate dipping on some of the fruit looked a bit rushed and the grapes that were skewered looked either too tiny for the job or perhaps it was also rushed which was probably the case; it looked a tad bit off. The fruit itself was delicious so looks could be forgiven but having paid extra for a Mother’s Day package and receiving balloons that from my recollection said “Thinking of you” and not in line with the advertised Mother’s Day balloons, it’s laughable and clear as day that this store in Clifton was not prepared for the holiday rush. For the best results, I would hold off on orders for big holidays.
Placed an order on May 9th, to be delivered on that day, for my daughter as a Mother’s Day gift. It was confirmed. Never delivered. Called my credit card company on the 11th because this store is closed on Sunday’s, and they charged the credit card. Waited until Wednesday, the 13th, giving them time to deliver since I know Mother’s Day was potentially busy. Today is the 16th. Still no delivery. Today I put in my credit card dispute. Can’t wait for the excuse. Btw, address is correct and so is the telephone number. I never got a call from them.
Last week was my mothers birthday I ordered the Delicious Fruit Design Dipped Strawberries- Large when we went to go pick it up to take home it looked amazing and tasted wonderful. Today I received one from my father and I received the same one my mother had same size and everything we opened it up and it looked way smaller than the first one we bought and were VERY DISAPPOINTED. My father called to ask why it looks so small if we picked the large size and he said that it is the large one when the one that my mother had was huge with way more fruits. Then the guy said to bring it back so we could get our money back but it was my birthday present so why would he go bring it back? We just wanted the same quality we received last time.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! The new manager Anna denied a store gift certificate given to me BY THAT VERY STORE! Then SHE RIPPED THE CERTIFICATE IN FRONT OF ME. FINALLY SHE CALED THE POLICE ON ME whats wrong with these people. Never using their services again and want a refund on the certificate she destroyed and want her disciplined. This is crazy
The service here was quick and efficient. I put the incorrect pick-up date on the web order and the store had no problem completing my order about a week earlier than submitted. I would definitely use this store again.

Absolute WORST place to order from. Do not even waste your money with this place. I received 3 BAD orders from them. Two times in a row they sent me old, mushed up strawberrys. With the money they charge you would think they would provide fresh fruit. I spoke to one person who was polite and the other person, who I will not name, was rude. He basically called me a liar when I had pictures. Im disgusted that my boyfriend spent so much money at this place and they have the worst service. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Dont know how to add pictures to my post or I would.
Worst place to come at for valentines day, I could not get my significant other her platter with apple and bananas, due to thier inconvenience of running out so early. Also when I called i was put on hold, then i literally waited the whole time while I was driving to get thier from my home, wich was a 26 minute wait and car drive. Then when I arrive thier, it was a hot mess, customers all around the front counter and corners of the lobby, thier was no organization of any type of pick up line or ordering line. Overall it was horrible experience, however the employees were very nice and respectful.
Very disappointing!!!I called to order a 75$ basket for my doctors birthday that was supposed to be ready by 11:00 am. I came at 11:30 it wasn’t ready yet, fruits are disgusting and are not fresh, chocolate on strawberries are old the white chocolate stricks are coming off.I’m embarrassed to give such garbage to a special person who did so much for me.Would never order from them again!!!

Very poor service. Received this as a gift. Was away from home during delivery and was left a curse message to call within five minutes. Didn’t happen. When I called the store the next day I scheduled a delivery time - noon. Delivery man banged on my door at three. Yelled at my husband that “ at least you’re home”. Took him five minutes to bring order to the door as if we were inconveniencing him!When I called to thank my friend she was just happy we had gotten the order. It was supposed to be delivered three days earlier. Poor service!
Not a great experience.....Only received half of my order. Didnt receive the Edi bear which is a signature bear They wanted to give me something completely cheap, and wasnt aware that the bear wasnt available I had to find out when the person received their arrangement. Very dissapointed with this location.
I had a good experiance in this location overall. Just Wish the staff was more centered on making the sale instead of letting me ask about the options available.

Ordered the Olaf Bouquet for my daughter only paid the ridiculous amount of money because my daughter loves olaf. Got to the store and they said they ran out of the olaf base, instead they was giving me a regular plain blue vase. I asked if i was receiving a discount since Im not getting what I originally paid for and they said no its the same price with the blue plain vase. I just took it because it was already made but i wont ever be buying from here again.

Plus he was showing some saggy old fruit with terrible looking strawberrries for $40. Sorry i dont buy scraps or left over from no food place. But upon me entering i did notice he didnt want to help me.

Decided to check this place out before ordering a fruit platter from the grocery store. I walked in through the door & the employee barely let me get a word in before telling me they were sold out, however I wouldnt have been picking up until 2 days later anyway. The place smelled very strange. Walked in & right back out.
