Five stars are not enough to give this company. I contracted Tri-state to install new siding and so happy I did. The quality of the product and installation is as advertised. My house is now beautiful!

After booking with Tri-State Window & Siding, we walked away very happy and excited...we couldnt wait for the work to begin! Anthony and his team are super professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the options, quality, and value of their work. Even our curious neighbors came over to get a sneak peek while the work was being done. The final product was better than expected...now we drive up to our house very slowly to enjoy the view ;-) Thanks Tri-State!!!! I would recommend you over and over again.

From the salesman Jordon, to Nancy in the office, and Roger the installer, everyone was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Additionally, the look and the quality of the product is top rate and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Roger arrived on time with a smile on his face despite the brutal heat, took out the old windows, collected the debris in a drop cloth and installed the new ones without scuffing the sills or the frames. He also made sure that our lower roof and deck were cleaned before he left. I highly recommend Tris-State!

My original deck doors were old and needed to be replaced. After looking for options I can across Tri-State Windows and Siding. I got sliding doors with in-glass blinds and couldnt be happier! A great experience with this company we had our entire house striped down to the bare wood and had all rooted wood replaced and had some new windows installed they also wrapped the house and installed new vinyl They did a wonderful job on the house. Had salesman sell us a door. Wrong one was installed. Owner, Anthony, blamed salesmen. The order clearly stated the correct door and was ordered incorrectly by owner. Then the installer came and left glass all over my front porch, walkway and in the mulched areas. A month after install it began rubbing and would not shut correctly. There was an observable gap between the base of the door and the ground plate for air, wildlife and light to easily slip under the door. It took months for the installer to come fix it after back and forth with Anthony the owner, and the manufacturer. The installer finally claimed and blamed the issue on the fact that only 2 screws were sent to install the door and it required more......so why not use more screw you ask? Great question....so since more screws were added and the door was repaired, I am again in the same position with a rubbing door that is not sealed, the handle sticks and my kids cant open the door. I called again for someone to come fix it, Again, and service is only open M-Thurs, 3-7Wonderful! I dont recommend this company. They have been casting blame on others instead of admitting their shortcomings and just fixing it.

Got windows and siding installed. Everything went smooth. The workers were courteous and the job was completed without any issues. Sometimes it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor in NJ so go with theseguys!

Called to receive quote on our home. The woman who initially answered was very polite and efficient. Jordan who was suppose to come to our home and give us the quote called before hand to confirm our appointment. While doing that he asked about the work that needs to be done. He told me that he would rather my husband be there so he doesn’t have to repeat himself and basically implied that I couldn’t make a decision because I’m not a man or that I needed to ask my husband?! He then went to ask me what I thought I was going to pay for the job?! Isn’t that the purpose of receiving a quote?! Truly unprofessional and sexiest if you ask me. I’ll take my business and my money else where. You know where as a woman I can make a decision on my own house. Oh and I’ll make sure I ask my husband who I can call next. SMH

My wife and I are very, very happy with our new house. The transformation to our 48 year old house that Tri-State just finished was beyond what we expected. The new roof and siding continue to attract attention on our street. Many neighbors have stopped by to admire the new look. The new wide window trim is especially eye-catching. The work was performed by true craftsmen. We had gotten several price quotes and Tri-State was the best value by far.

I usually dont write these, but usually dont get amazing work! A++ couldnt be easier. I chose b/c of good reviews and they delivered. #1, b/c of COVID, windows took longer than usual, like a few mths. I called a few times and got the same super-friendly lady who always reassured me, when they cam she would call. They came, she called & got install date 2 days later. #2 The workers came right on-time (yes, shocking) and went right to work around to the back of the house. They set up from their truck on the curb and brought a ladder and a few tools. They plopped out my old windows and dropped new ones in a few hours later, a few more hours and everything was sealed up. #3, clean seal, room was immediately warmer despite having no windows for a while in 35 degrees. And best of all... #4 they left with NO MESS! Can you believe it. I guess its 2021 no so, things may be looking up. Great price, professional service, no other option if they serve your area!

I met Jordon at the Home Show at RCC in February and had him come out for a estimate. He was very professional and willing to work with us. Window was supposed to go in May, but do the current situation was delayed till August. The installation date was set and the guys came out to put our brand new bay window in. I love it so much. They did such an amazing job. I would recommend Tri-State to anyone who asks about our window and I will use them again.

We had about 7-8 companies come and gives us quotes, etc for our roof and siding and we picked Tri-State Window and Siding and it was absolutely the best choice. It all started with the salesperson Jordan who took the time and explained all of the various options and showed us all the combinations of color for the roof and siding. Then working with Marcelo when the jobs started, he ensured that everything was done right and that we were happy with the outcome. He showed up at the job site and also contacted us to make sure we were informed on what would be happening during each part of the roofing and siding jobs and made sure we were satisfied each step of the way. The owner Anthony was so nice and wanted to make sure we were totally satisfied with the entire process and finished job - which we were! Our house looks amazing and each of our neighbors (and people who walk around in the neighborhood) cant stop saying how great our house looks now! One thing that comes to mind is proud about their work. This is the business that you want to have a project with, the owner was very professional and very personal, i have dealt with other businesses on the past and it is hard to find people that are detailed oriented. His crew was very nice and they accommodated my situation, they worked until very late just to finish the job but without giving up on details and great work. I only leave comments when i feel that i was satisfied with a service and Anthony and his crew did that for me, I was the annoying customer that keeps contacting him for many things and he always made time for me. The job was well done and his crew was just like him, professional and with a personal touch. I hope they continue this way and i am looking forward to future projects and work with them.

We got all new windows (8 regular, 1 bay window), siding, and gutters. The work was very well done, installers were super professional and fast! They cleaned up everything at the end of each day, even swept out the inside hallway that was used to access the backyard! Overall, very impressed with the work that was done and will use them again! We got lots of compliments from the neighbors and definitely recommended Tri-State Window & Siding to them for their projects.Update: Knocked off 3 stars due to unresponsiveness and not showing up to check a leak (with water damage) in the newly installed bay window. My husband and I have been trying to reach them for weeks and no one calls back or replies to the emails THEY SPECIFICALLY ASKED US TO SEND. The one time we did connect with someone who said hed come out and check, he never showed up. They ghosted the second they got the money

I initially saw Tristate working on a house up the street from me. I was walking my dog and saw the crew at Tristate setting up what appeared to be a siding replacement. Two hours later I took another walk and WOW! They had already removed a considerable amount of siding. They wasted no time. The job site was clean and I could tell the crew was working like a fine oiled machine. I was impressed and it was at that moment I scheduled Tristate to do my siding. My house needed it after 25 years.The job they did on my home was equally amazing! Excellent communication and professional execution. The dumpster showed up on Thursday morning and gently & professionally placed on my driveway as expected. The team was setup ripping my old siding down by the afternoon! The crew was very responsive and sensitive to my family coming in and out of the house. The crew even helped with a new vent hole I wanted to install and that to me was going above and beyond what was required.I also had new gutters installed after the siding and Tristate seamlessly handed the job off to the gutter team the next day.The team at Tristate made sure I was happy and satisfied with the job. And it all looks so beautiful; nice black shudders and sharp white edges. My house is also much warmer now. Dont wait! I should have done it 5 years ago!

Tri-State Window installed 16 new double hung windows at my colonial style house. The window quality is great, all windows operate well and definitely reduce outside noise. The house is now so quiet. The price was competitive, and the installers were great. They needed to replace the frame and sills on four of the windows. My heating and cooling bills are much lower since I replaced the 36 year old windows. I would highly recommend Tri-State to a friend or family member that needs quality replacement windows at a reasonable cost.

I used Tri-State Window and Door Factory of Clifton NJ to do my siding, a new front door and a stone facade on my house in Franklin Lakes. Anthony and his company were excellent. They always arrived on time and performed the work professionally. They finished on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Tri-State if you are looking quality work and a responsibly manage job. They did everything I wanted.

After a couple of hours of reading reviews about various vendors in NJ that install siding. I decided to give Tri-State Window a call to see if they could come out to give me an estimate to have siding install ed on my garage. After informing the pleasant party that answered the call at 2:50pm today about the job type. I was informed that Tri-State does not take small jobs like that. I found this information to be very surprising right now where other companies are grabbing up as much work to keep their employees busy and my small job might of lead to them getting my window replacement and other jobs in my house. After being turned down in that way I decided to go with another vendor who felt no job was too small. Tri-State for this I gave you a one star because there is a need for improvement.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I had several consultations done to install my bay window and replace a few others in my home, but Anthony stood out from the rest! He was knowledgeable and actually listened to what I was looking for. On installation day, Mike and his team showed up and did some very impressive work. Even with a few setbacks these guys really define expertise and were able to problem solve quickly! We are absolutely in love with the bay window which has surpassed all my expectations. I would just like to give my review of TriState Windows and Siding. First we met with their consultant Jordan Blum, he showed up on time and detailed the material and the way the job after he answered all of our questions...and we had a lot of them, we found his approach and pricing to be fair and honest. We decided to book our job with the company. In all it took about 6 weeks till they started, but once they did, WOW! They transformed our home in about a week. The roof went on first, we used Ownes Corning onyx black, (1Day) then the windows, white vinyl with grids, (1 Day), then we used Mocha colored siding by Norandax (4 days). Our house looks GREAT!!! Cant thank them enough.I would highly recommend them, we are very happy with the finished result.Jesse K

Installation was okay sales and installers were courteous. Stay away from this company. They will dont stand behind warranty. Windows dont hold up, weather striping has fallen off, vinyl warping, glass popped.

Windows looked Great! Installation team were very professional and clean during the process... Windows were delivered based on my available scheduled, especially as an out of state property owner.

Half the double hung windows got vapor leak. The warranty isn’t worth the time and money to use this company. They have pushed me off for months and won’t make good on their product. I won’t recommend them.

Awful. Big mistake to ever try them. They literally took more than 6 months to get windows cut, and then they messed up the order.
