One star is as nice as I can be. They allowed the repair shop to ruin the engraving on my ring and never told us. It has taken almost a month for my wedding band to be resized and I am grateful it is under warranty because I would not pay for this shoddy job. I was finally allowed to speak to the manager and he is unhappy with his staff as well, and he is going to get my ring.

Could have been more helpful and fairly priced but oh well, I suppose you can come here if you want the safest option

Had a horrible experience. Got there with 20 plus minutes to spare before closing, and the door is locked, the staff is inside laughing at you ignoring you.

I’m going to keep this simple and short. Everyone has always been nothing but nice and helpful, especially the manager. BUT Today I went in to have my wedding band taken in for a cleaning. The man helping me ( named Partik) threw my wedding band down onto the counter rather than placing it down. Right in front of my face. I said to him is that how you handle your rings here? So aggressively? He said what do you mean? I said the way you just threw my wedding band on the counter? He apologized. Unacceptable. My wedding band that means so much to be thrown onto the counter like it was nothing. That and some other unwritten issues are why I have given 1 star and also why I’ll be going to the Paramus location from now on instead.

Patricia had a line of customers when I approached the store to get my jewels inspected. I watched her took care of every customer carefully with patience and respect meeting all their needs and honoring all their requests. When it was my turn she greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, inspected my jewels and answered all my questions. I haven’t seen such great service in a very long time . Thank you Patricia for being awesome. Your service is excellent.

Although I did have difficulty with some of the sales staff at first, my return visit was much better. Whoever I dealt with earlier was not at all professional and hung up when I called to ask questions. However today they were friendly and welcoming, and I had a great experience. Based on my great visit today and not the earlier experience, I will be back!

Great customer service, the whole team is outstanding, warranty is fantastic and they definitely stand by the products (jewelry) great selection. My wife and I have been going there for years, and the habe some very good sales. Keep up the great work..

Not exactly a warm staff. I inquired about pendants that I saw on their website. I was told they carried that particular style on line to order, they do not carry in the store that took me by surprise. I had expected the sales rep would offer to order it and have it sent to the store. Nope, not helpful nor showed much interest in the customer. I certainly went into the store to make purchase not to be told available on line and drift away. I ended up walking out. If stores want to survive they need to fully stock, not direct customers to shop on line.

I bought my engagement ring there. They sized my fiance and we picked up the ring a couple weeks later. The ring was too big because they did not give her the right size and charged us $50. I will never shop here again.

My son bought a ring back in January It cost alot and the guy George said he would take care of him when he buys the bands. Well thats not happening he was only willing to take 10% and take an extra 100 we all know you dont agree to ticket price. I guess we learned a lessonNever believe what a sales person promises!
