I brought them 2 wooden sash windows to repair and was told I would have to wait 2-3 business days to have glass repaired. Today makes four and a half days. I called them several times to check on the status but got no where with the office staff. Finally had to go there in person but place was closed when they were supposed to be open. On the door was a sign saying that they have a second location. So back in the truck and off to their other location. As luck would have it the original location sent my windows to their 2nd location to get repaired. (They never mentioned that they dont repair windows in their Clifton location) So I picked up my windows from the 2nd location and get home and noticed that they used silicone on a wooden sash window. Wooden sash windows are supposed to be repaired with window putty not silicone.. Needless to say I do not recommend this company for your window repairs.

Came on schedule and repaired a sliding glass window in my home. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. Nice friendly people . Very efficient.

I am so happy I found this store. I had a broken window (and two screens) and when I brought them in, Patty was so helpful, informative, and professional. I was really satisfied with the fair price and they had them completed the NEXT day. I would highly recommend Mr. Glass and I am so glad to know I found a place I can count on if I ever need a glass repair again.

I went there a couple of months ago in need of glass shelves for my bathroom. The girl who works/manages there, Patricia, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me samples and pictures of what I could do. The glass did take almost 2 weeks but once it arrived she called me and I went to pick up. They look beautiful in my bathroom, my wife and I are very pleased. Thank you and we will return for a glass table top soon.

My friend (Eric) told me about this company when he saw my broken windows. Unfortunately I live in a not so great neighborhood and I never wanted to take my windows out to repair them. So I called and spoke to Patty and she was so helpful and sweet! They repair windows for the next day but after she spoke to the owner on my part she had both windows repaired in just a couple of hours!! Thank you so much! So nice to see a company still care about us little people :D

I had two Windows that had cracks in them for years and I finally went in to repair them. Patty was very helpful in explaining how it worked. She also mentioned they fixed screens so I ran back home to grab all my ripped ones! Everything was ready two days later and Im so happy with this company. Very professional and quick. USE SOMEONE ELSE!I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Mr Glass was so awful just had to write it up. A fellow named Junior sold us windows we needed replaced. He said two weeks . Over six weeks later, after numerous calls to their office, promises from Jennifer of return calls that never happened, and a final desperate text to Junior, they show up. Missing one out of five windows! Install caulking is sloppy. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Staff is very polite and helpful, reasonable and fare prices. Will definitely use and recommend to others. Quick service also

Came back after a some months of being away with a not so simple glass repair and I dont get it. Not sure what happened with Patty but she was amazing. Always courteous and extremely helpful. Its rare to see great customer service nowadays. People wont go above and beyond for someone they dont know or for a company they dont own. Not sure what the girl in the offices name is but she can use a some customer service training videos ASAP. I knew for a fact this company could fix my window but I decided to buy a whole new one from Anderson than have to deal with the attitude. They do great work but sometimes its the little things that will keep me coming back. Less selfie phone time and a little more care.

Been waiting 6 weeks now for my windows. Now when I call, the lady just takes a message and says someone will call you back. If theyre delayed just give me an answer, Id rather the truth than this runaround.

HORRIBLE!!! Staff didnt come with set appointment time, not even a courtesy call made just to let us know of whats going on. They wasted my husbands precious work time big time! Obviously, there was no coordination or communication whatsoever among the staff as they were pointing fingers to each other. In short, no work was done at all. Wish I can get my money back from this VERY LOUSY company! GGGRRRRRR!!!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER! Shady! Took deposit for delivery, then called and said they cant come in house, no refunds. Then delivered damaged goods for $340! Came back to repair, never did and wont replace! They dont make glass, they buy from someone else - shady!
