PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AMPLIFIED MOVING.I chose Amplified Moving after reading the reviews online. Mine was a local move in May.They are super nice over the phone when you are discussing the move and obtaining the quote. However, this will change as soon as you finalize with them. More so, they will turn on you as soon as there is something adverse (damages etc.).First, the movers were 45 mins late in arriving at the location, even though I had clearly mentioned that the apartment complex has a set time limit for blocking of elevators. Mine was the only move they were doing that day!Im sure moving day is quite stressful for a lot of us. And this got worsened for me due to the folks arriving late. They asked me to sign paperwork which I did quickly so that the move could begin. Only later did I realize that Amplied Moving will hold this against you if you dont spend a lot of time understanding what exactly you are signing. The movers just told me its standard paperwork that includes the insurance options. They didnt even provide the brochure that is required by law. I signed the paperwork in good faith.Second, I was surprised that the movers didnt even bring moving blankets for protection! They said we dont have that, but dont worry, we are careful. The next thing I see is that there are a bunch of damages, including a deep and big scratch on the apartment main door!Upon completion of the move, when I raised these concerns, I was told that I should pay the amount agreed in the quote; and that the damages can be taken care of by the claim process. But when I sent the claim request, I was then told that since I signed the paperwork with standard insurance selection, scratches would not be covered. Moreover, any damages to the apartment are not covered! Upon me pushing back, they said theyll get back on the claim in 30 days. However, it has been 60 days since the claim request and I havent received any response, even after sending multiple emails.Anyone in the process of selecting movers for their move- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AMPLIFIED MOVING. It is the handling of adverse situations that is a true reflection of a company, and shows how much they care about customers. Amplified Moving failed in this regard!

I was referred to Amplified by my realtor who only uses them as her mover. Trusting her referral, I took the leap of faith and booked Amplified Moving LLC for my first move in 40 plus years. Brianna and Eric helped me get my move quotes and booked. Movers arrived 9 am sharp. They were nothing short of professional. Extremely grateful for them booking my last minute move and getting me out in a pinch.

Hired AMP to move from Jersey City to Middletown and I was very impressed with the attention-to-detail, efficiency, and professionalism. I recently sold my home and rented an apartment and needed to move ASAP. At the time my husband had been hospitalized so I had to do a lot of things on my own. I also needed a company that could help me pack since it was very large undertaking. Well they made it happen. I am sorry I didnt write a review sooner, but I had a lot of issues with my husband who unfortunately surpassed to his illness.

Amplified moving was INCREDIBLE!! They were beyond accommodating, organized, handled all items with care, and extremely reliable / professional. I would absolutely recommend them - very grateful. Moving is stressful but they made the process as easy as possible.

Used then April 2020 At the beginning of the pandemic. Required to pack up and wrap all contents of my house and get them into storage within 5 hours. January 2021 needed to move from storage into another house. Could not get them, figured that they were busy. Really appreciated their work during unpacking. Everything was wrapped, labeled and ac concerns hardware, such as assembly screws, little boxes and conspicuously taped to the item that they belong to. Finished on time with three men wrapping, packing and stowing. Unpack and pack into storage facility. As I mentioned before, I appreciated their work more, when it was unpacked by the other moving company(5 men, local travel distance), did not have to unpack and place everything in new location. Amplified moving stated contract and kept to terms, and remained within schedule. Chat with Patrick and Edward. A professional organization.

Fantastic! I utilized Amplified Moving after reading reviews on the BBB. Ivan and his team were amazing. They arrived on time, were consummate professionals and went out of their way to accommodate me. The move was completed in the allotted time and the fee estimated was accurate.

Overall they were good. Some damage to a table and a few chairs and it was unfortunate. They also folded my mattress in half to move it which i think is highly questionable. I don’t have any damage to the mattress but I’ve never seen this before. We picked them because we liked their responsiveness and ease to work with. They were not too pushy and the admin. They didn’t wrap some of my things as well as I think they should have. I have legit heavy wood furniture not the ikea stuff. If I were you hire them, but I would watch them closely and set your expectations in the beginning, specify what is vital and important. Also go with either better insurance and or 3rd party insurance. Overall they made it right and claim was settled. I think they were still responsive and working through the matter I would recommend them just be cautious and consider wrapping things twice.

Great Service from the very beginning. Amplified Moving moved my 6 bedroom home from Ridgewood, NJ to Sarasota, FL in less than 48 hours. The lead foreman Juan was very experienced. His helpers (with whom I cannot remember everyones names) def. have done a move of this size because they were truly trained professionals. They made this whole process look like a breeze. Thank you to the Sales team as everyone there is a pleasure to deal with. Worth every penny!

Amplified Moving Company is the best moving company out there. I wanted to move my date up and Patrick was very accommodating. His team was professional, arrived early and placed my furniture as I want it without any hesitation. Also they were very reasonable in price compared to other moving companies. You know what you guys did. Bait and switch. Pretty much we hired them for a job, they gave us a reasonable quote a week before the move they call me up to tell me they misquoted me I understand mistakes can be made but this was different instead of taking responsibility for the mistake they tried to pass it on to me. Also as soon as we asked for a COI they raised the quoted price by substantial amount. The person on the phone kept coming up with every excuse in the book to why the misquote happen and wouldnt take any responsibility. I then wrote an email to them showing the price discrepancies in the two quotes they provided to try and salvage the job and still hire them but they never even responded to my email. Again very unprofessional. We hired another moving company. Best decision. I can only imagined what scam they wouldve pulled off the day of the move.

Had a great experience with our movers Edward and Carlos. They arrived on time and got started right away. They wrapped and boxed everything that I had asked and took extra care with my fragile items. As much as I wanted to help they told me that I can take a back seat and that they will take care of everything for us. They moved my entire apartment into my new place within 3 hours. These guys worked effortlessly and were smiling and having a good time throughout the move. I highly recommend Amplified.

After an unexpected death in the family in Bergen County NJ, I needed a mover to pack and move furniture, glass, china, appliances and more from NJ to FL in the same week as the funeral. I live in FL. Patrick was sensitive to my situation, fair and beyond helpful. His team was going to deliver my shipment before I even arrived back in FL. He found a storage facility for me that is clean and staffed with very nice and helpful people. He arranged for the locks, brought my items down, got it all into the storage facility and secured it all before I got back home to FL. I highly recommend Amplified Moving LLC. They are a good value, fair and considerate. NJ, FL and anywhere in between -- call Amplified Moving -- you will be able to sleep peacefully knowing your move and items are in very capable hands.

I got an estimate from this moving company and they couldnt move me on the day I needed so I found someone else. Then they texted me and said they could meet my move date but I was committed to another moving company. They quoted me a price on an inventory list subject to increases if they saw fit. Their contract did not state any kind of cancellation notice/fee requirements plus I never signed anything. They took my credit card info and I did text and call them more than 24 hours prior that they needed to shred my financial info since I had to find a new moving company. Days later Edward texted me to get my address to send me a check for accidentally charging my credit card. The check never came and it took my credit card company 2 months and multiple calls to remove the disputed charges because they said he had promised to send me a check which was never came.

These guys are the MVP! The 2 of them were so efficient and worked incredibly as a team. One carefully wrapped our delicate items while the other moved and organized. Ive already recommended them to 2 friends in the market for movers and will continue to do so in the future. Definitely the company to go with!

Not a place I would go back to. They don’t care about your stuff and will only discount a small fraction. When you tell them to be “careful”, they are not. Broke a few items of antiques. And ripped my door off the hinges and ruined my front yard. But yea take off $50 from my bill.

Amplified Moving LLC did a great job with our move! Luis, Alex and Michael were professional and took special care of all the items during the packing and the moving. I dealt with Brianna at the office and she was upfront about the pricing as long as I had accurately listed out all the items which were to be moved. Through forums and other experiences many people complained about how companies charge a much higher price and add in misc expenses which were not included in the original quote. As explained by the company we had no surprises on the move day and the experience was truly stress free as promised! I would certainly recommend and use them again. Thank you

Top notch move. The team worked their tails off. I had to almost beg them to take a break! Any poor reviews about this company may be due to poor estimations, by the client, of the size of the clients home contents in total. I made the same mistake and had to move a few things in my car. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. I must admit I underestimated the quantity of boxes I was going to have after I packed. You cant believe how fast that total adds up! A successful move with this company means you MUST box everything! No loose items. Watch how much work they do to move your things, then tip them well. They deserve it. The money you save hiring this company leaves so much room to tip handsomely. Moving is stressful, dont take it out on the movers, these guys really do work hard. Dont become angry because YOU forgot to include something. They are there to move from point A to point B, not schlep your things around the state, to your friends house that is on the way to the new house. Tell them EVERY detail of the move, they will work with you on most any special instructions. Yes, it may add to the final cost, but even those movers charging double Amps rates, would do the same.
