Parking is terrible, being on the side of a highway and having a line of vehickes blocking in the front. When my car was done they parked it way over in their other car lot instead of out front waiting for me. Riduculous! Price was a little high too.

Just brought my car here for the first time! I originally used them because they are close to my house and its very convenient. I will continue to use them due to the service they provided me. George called and updated me a long the way of what they were doing, he also gave me an option on whether I wanted them to check the other side while they had it. I just appreciated the level of service and being kept in the loop. Was It cheap? No, but what car repair is?

These guys have always taken good care. Work done has always been exceptional. Great at explaining the issue and not adding on extras for a few extra bucks. George is who I talk to the majority of the time and is awesome at making sure things are done right.

These guys were great squeezed me into an already full schedule, replaced a broken water pump and even gave me a ride to my hotel and back to the shop when the car was ready.

The entire staff, including the owner, were the most professional and understanding and helpful people my wife and i could ever have expected after our car got towed here and we found out the engine had blown on the way up to the Boundary Waters. They were closed on Sunday, but they got us on the lift when they opened their doors first thing in Monday morning.On top of the best service you can find in the auto shop business, the owner was also willing to drive us anywhere, including all the way to Duluth, had we needed that. He ended up driving us across town, then luckily we had some family who could help out from there. It was nice knowing these guys would go to any length to accommodate us.I could not recommend any other auto repair business as high as I do these guys. Nice work, and thank you so much for saving our bacon.

My family has been taking cars here forever and there is a reason we continue to go here. They respect people and what they want to do and make it the most cost effective they can.One of my favorite stories is my dad was having an issue with some electrical thing he brought it in to get it fixed, they hooked it back up and zip tied so it wouldnt come unplugged again and didnt charge us. Many other places wouldve charged you for ten parts and whatever else they felt like throwing on there.10/10 recommend.

Cory and his team do A GREAT job, dont overcharge like some garages, and explain whats needed to let you make a choice on what needs to be done.

I recommend calling ahead to check lead times and schedule service if possible. These guys know their stuff and have done a great job on multiple visits.

They marked up the price of my part by 500% more than the most expensive part that I can find. The worst part is that it wasnt even the problem that I brought it in for. With the original problem still at hand and an unnecessary cost dumped in my lap, it is very clear that I was taken for my money. .

I made an appointment to have my front brakes done at the recommendation of a mechanic that did my oil change a couple months ago. I was expecting to pay a small fortune for this. I want to add that I have taken various cars to Cloquet Service Center over the years and theyve always been very fair and professional. I dropped my car off on a Wed and called Thursday to be sure it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was informed the mechanic that was going to do the work asked if he should replace the new brakes with new brakes? I am very happy they are honest enough to tell me this. A less scrupulous company could have charged me and Im sad to say I wouldnt have known the difference. Thank you CSC. I will continue to bring you my business 😊
